Jersey Mike's Subs

A friend took me for lunch. When she ordered a giant Italian it wasn't any bigger than my large. When she asked about it, she was told that whoever made rolls hadn't stretched it enough. She was still charged for a giant. Apparently some of their workers aren't being trained properly. The sub I got was delicious but you should get what you pay for.

Big thank you to the Greeneville crew. We fed our nursing home staff for CNA week and Jersey Mike's team got it ready on time with short notice even though they were already slammed. We appreciate you so much!

Crazy Good Sub Shop... Subway, Jimmy Johns, etc. and all wanna be's should just all shut down. Ya can't compete with JM. Great stuffed sub with all the trimmings. The Jersey Juice can't be beat. Five Star service and very clean. Terrific crew, very professional and very kind.

Good food but expensive

They can't steam,but will put it on a grill to heat it. No toasting either. No brisket mostly cold cuts which all seem to taste alike and very little cheese on the sandwich, definitely not worth coming back for. $38 for two, regular cold sandwich, small bag chips and med Drink.

The young woman who prepared our subs was in a bad mood. Then none of the tables were cleaned, the chairs had food spilled on them and the floors by the tables had all manner of food. We tried to clean an area of the table to eat but it still had oil all over it. There were 3 females and 2 males working. At one point they were all standing around talking with each other. We will not be back.

Very good Philly cheese steak - and I grew up in Philly eating them. Better than subway. Good place for lunch.

My favorite sandwich shop. The Philly, chicken Philly, and the original Italian are my favorites. Drinks are Pepsi products and stubborn sodas.

Good as always and the 90s country music in the background was a plus

At the Greeneville, TN location, my daughter asked," what meats do have ? " The female employee simply pointed with her finger to the menu and didnt say a word. Super rude. Then same young woman did nothing but complain about another female employee. She also did not ask about what toppings we wanted either. So unprofessional and super rude. Definitely do not waste your time or money at this location

We stop in here often, when we travel through Greeneville. I just placed a mobile order and had a bunch of special instructions. My husband and I were splitting a regular size but we differ on toppings so I requested half be one way and half another way. THEY DID A PERFECT JOB! They even cut it in half and put into separate bags.

By far the best place to get a sub. The people are friendly, the sandwiches are fresh, and they have a large variety of sandwiches to choose from. We will definitely be going there again.

My family and I stopped and picked up sandwiches that we ate right in the parking lot on our way through, and unfortunately 2 out of the three of us got sick after eating.

My daughter vomited three times on the way home, I very nearly did several times, and my partner ate barely any of her sub and didn't get sick immediately. She does have some gastro intestinal distress the next day but I can't say for sure it happened after the sandwich.

We aren't down that way often, but we'll never visit here again.
