We've ordered at Jersey Mike's twice. The first time we ordered our subs were soggy with red wine vinegar and olive oil. We wrote that off as a learning experience. The second time we ordered the exact same thing but wrote in the notes that we wanted the buns toasted and light on the oil and vinegar. When we picked up the subs they were worse than the first time. The subs were extremely soggy and not toasted at all. There was so much oil and vinegar it was puddle in the wrapper. I went back inside and talked to the guy at the register, he called over another guy to have me explain it again. He basically told me that I should order the vinegar and oil on the side and that they wouldn't remake the subs. I'll not be back. This is bad customer service.

I went to jersey mikes in greeneville tn they charged me $10 too much refused refund and the girl was very rude then when we complained they calledsam the franchise owner he wouldn't talk to me but told the manager to tell me to leave what a jerk why would anyone put up with these people no wonder no body was in there this is where you get a bunch of useless people to fail your business the one in colonial heights is great the one in greeneville is trash hey Sam your a shame to all other franchise owners

I don't know if management has changed and that's why it's like this but Extremely Extremely Rude Staff, Cross contaminated everything while messing up an order twice! Then took our subs that they messed up and took them apart after they had left the store and rebuilt them. I will be going to the health department and will not come here again or atleast for a long time.

The claim to be a NY Deli kind of Subs, Yet do not offer a Hot Pastrami Sandwich.I will drive to Morristown to Firehouse Subs, to the Whistle Stop in Unicoi and Cootie Browns to get a Pastrami Sandwich.I used to go to Jersey Mike's in Johnson City every Week to get a Pastrami Sandwich. They discontinued the Pastrami Sandwich so I stopped going to Jersey Mike's.

I love Jersey Mike's, the food was great,clean restaurant, but I was the only customer in at 4pm . And while I was eating I saw an employee vaping in the food prep area. How gross!!!

I gave two stars because the food is wonderful. I'm not sure what's up with the employees at the register but they act like you're not even standing there and when you try to talk to them they act like they don't even hear you and God forbid if they would smile. Very very very very very rude I go there a lot and it just wasn't this one time. I go there at least two times a week but I'm starting to think maybe not so much anymore.
Service has always been fast whether in store or online. Staff is super friendly. We typically have a big order and it hasn't been wrong yet. Great job and Keep it up!
