Just stopped at the KFC in Greeneville TN for lunch. Server called out an order and then walked away while I was standing at the register. Took a couple of minutes for someone else to come and take my order while the first server was taking care of drive through. Bought and paid for my food and drink. The first person returned to give me my tray with my meal and I asked where was the cup. She informed me the meal did not come with a drink. I informed her it did when I paid...read full review
