At 7:45pm I ordered a Cheese Crunch Pizza to be ready at 8:15pm on the app, arrived at 8:15 and was told 5 more minutes. I pulled back around in the drive through and received the pizza, Didn't think to check but I got home and it was a Pepperoni. App feels redundant if the pizza is gonna be late and wrong.

Pizza was good but payed for stuffed crust to get home to unvail there was in fact no wonderful cheas in my crust.

I came in on Halloween and there was 5 people in the lobby not been waited on because no one was up front. A little lady came from the back to help us with our orders and then a little short African girl came up but I had noticed a white residue in her nose and as a black headed lady with no hat came up with the same in her nose and the eyes were so big so i don't know if they had flower from the pizza in their noses or what but I know we all waited some time for our food and I only ordered 1 pepperoni pizza. It looked like more of a party than a work place I normally don't do this on reviews but if it wasn't for the lady whom helped us I was about to walk out .

Order was hot

Pizza was overcooked and hard as a brick and so was the toppings; cheese bread was upside down in box when given to us. Wasn’t fit to eat if I didn’t live so far I would have drove back and gave it back.

Personally to me their pizza is just OK (plus a saltier crust but I like salt so can't complain there). But they get higher stars because the staff is always so friendly and helpful! When friends wants their pizza, I never argue for another brand because it's just good enough to go along with.

Have not had in a while. Was looking forward to it. Should have remembered. Burned or reheated. Whoever served this should have known better. I waited 15 mins for a old pizza that smelled. I want be back.

Pizza was cold and had been in the warmer for a long time. My bread sticks were also dry with hardly any butter or seasoning on them

I used to work at the little ceasers in Jonesborough. I came through and politely asked for a cheese bread and 2 pizzas. And they told me they couldn't make me a cheesebread at 9:30. I understand your about to close but it takes less than 10 minutes to make a cheesebread. I would've gladly waited.

Went in to get an order, about 6 or 7 employees were bundled in the corner drinking and eating brownies. Was waiting about 6 mins still no order. Gentleman came in and they told him they have to remake his order cause they messed it up. He got his order before I did. Left without order
