My fiancé and I made a mobile order for the portal at 8:20pm, we get there 8:30ish and the app says it’s still not done, which is fine. What wasn’t fine, was the handful of people standing around when we got there on their phones just not working. We continued to wait 10 minutes, mind you no one has spoke to us. Meanwhile a car in the drive thru waits for 5 minutes and no one comes to the window so they drive off. An employee then comes up to complain to a coworker about them driving off, and then finally asks us “Can I help you?” We explain that we have made a portal order a while ago now, and she turns to her coworker and asks about said order. Turns out the order was finished the WHOLE TIME, they just didn’t put it in the portal. We spent my fiancés break from work waiting instead of eating. Terrible service.

Better than little Ceasars that's about it.

Needed to find a quick place for dinner before a concert in Greeneville, TN. The Little Caesar’s looked clean and one you could eat in. The manager, Brian, was excellent - friendly and helpful. So was his crew. Can’t say enough good about them!!

BEST PIZZA EVER...

Ordered online so I could get fresh stuff, not the crap sitting in heat lamps for an hour drying out. Ordered at 458, said my order was ready at 501.... Got dried out crap from the heat lamps. I could've just went through the drive through and gotten that. I know these kids don't care but damn man....

Always pleasant wait with manager and staff when we order our pizza.
Pizza is always fresh and delicious.

BE WARNED!!!!! I went there for the first and last time yesterday....while i was waiting for my order I was watching the preparations and noticed no one wearing gloves. The manager was putting pepperoni on a order with his bare hands. I asked him about it and was told they don't have to wear gloves because the oven kills germs. During the conversation I noticed an employee blowing his nose in a kleenex. Suffice it to say I cancelled my order and left. Eat there at your own risk.

Whoever owns this location seriously needs to retrain their staff. Please, y'all put toppings, sauce, and cheese on the entire pizza, not just a little portion of one side of the pizza.. This place keeps getting worse between the staff interaction and quality of food. I get that it's supposed to be a cheap meal but we order pizza, not baked plain crust.

Little crasers pizza is pretty good. Especially the little bacon puffs. Man these things were good. I promise you’ll love them. The pizza is great, I know it’s only little ceasers but it’s pretty good.

Always great service here and pretty dang good pizza to boot. But don't stop there just for pizza. Oh no! They've got many more items to choose from on their menu. Plus they have 2 liters! Their desserts are awesome too. But I usually have the munchies when I go so the desserts may not be quite as good as I think they are but for now they're awesome.

I could've done without the employee on break in the main dining room listening to his phone on full blast. Grown man doesn't understand what rude is!
