Little Caesars Pizza

Have not had in a while. Was looking forward to it. Should have remembered. Burned or reheated. Whoever served this should have known better. I waited 15 mins for a old pizza that smelled. I want be back.

Pizza was cold and had been in the warmer for a long time. My bread sticks were also dry with hardly any butter or seasoning on them

I used to work at the little ceasers in Jonesborough. I came through and politely asked for a cheese bread and 2 pizzas. And they told me they couldn't make me a cheesebread at 9:30. I understand your about to close but it takes less than 10 minutes to make a cheesebread. I would've gladly waited.

Went in to get an order, about 6 or 7 employees were bundled in the corner drinking and eating brownies. Was waiting about 6 mins still no order. Gentleman came in and they told him they have to remake his order cause they messed it up. He got his order before I did. Left without order

Like 6 people in the building but seemed like only 1 was working between cooking and answering the phone, while others stood around hooting and hollering like kids

Food was prepared well because the only staff working hard in there was in the back cooking while everyone else was talking and hanging out and dancing around the dining room. Went through the drive through, ordered a thin crust emb and pep cheese puffs with a side of crazy sauce. Simple order but still had to repeat myself 3 times. Had to make the order fresh which is fine by me. She gave me a buzzer to wait for the food to come out and said it would be ready in 15 min, 25 minutes later with no buzzer action I pull back through the drive through and magically my order is waiting. Got my pizza and puffs and started to roll out, they forgot my sauce. Went inside, mind you the dining room was empty of patrons as well as the drive through, and stood there for a couple minutes while they finished all their conversations and messing around until I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was working. Finally got all of my stuff. Won't be back to this location and I'll tell everyone I know to not go as well.

Terrible,just terrible. I went in tonight to try to get bread, waited at the register for 20 minutes and was ignored, manager kept walking by, meanwhile kids were throwing dough and playing with pizzas in the back. Never again. Do not recommend

Delivery- attempted to order from the LC website, but the system stated I had to call to place order and gave me ph#.
I called, placed order, have delivery address, and paid. When the driver arrived with order, he went on and on about having to drive so far and I shouldn't have ordered from their store.
One of my friends was standing with me and wouldn't leave because she stated he was scary. I didn't consider him scary, but if my address was out of their area, they shouldn't have taken my order, and maybe direct me to the appropriate store.
All this to say, I won't be ordering LC anytime soon.

My fiancé and I made a mobile order for the portal at 8:20pm, we get there 8:30ish and the app says it’s still not done, which is fine. What wasn’t fine, was the handful of people standing around when we got there on their phones just not working. We continued to wait 10 minutes, mind you no one has spoke to us. Meanwhile a car in the drive thru waits for 5 minutes and no one comes to the window so they drive off. An employee then comes up to complain to a coworker about them driving off, and then finally asks us “Can I help you?” We explain that we have made a portal order a while ago now, and she turns to her coworker and asks about said order. Turns out the order was finished the WHOLE TIME, they just didn’t put it in the portal. We spent my fiancés break from work waiting instead of eating. Terrible service.
