Ordered pick up. Ordered a quesadilla with 3 meats recieved only cheese. Ordered gordita with lettuce and tomato. Got plane gordita. Called and was told we didn't order what we ordered. The person that answered the phone was confused then began to argue with us. We do NOT recommend this place. It's staff are incompetent and ill tempered. Not the type of service you give when a customer has an issue with the order.

Food was disgusting… And the food smelled like the bathroom. Friend went to toilet, and it came off the wall. Would not recommend for children…

Food was interesting… but made me sick. The bathroom was no help! Good service but the toilet fell out of the wall …. For a second.

Always satisfied with the authenticity of the food, and I can say this confidently based on my wife's opinion, and as she is from Nicaragua, she seems to be pleased with it herself, so I can always trust that where we go for Hispanic food she's going to know what's authentic and what isn't. Nicaraguan food that is also eaten in Nicaraguan restaurants tends to be much less commercialized, unlike most American food. Whether it's Mexican or Honduran, Guatemalan or Costa Rican, lots of Hispanic meals will usually end up being similar by nature, so, it stands to reason that authenticity can be easily recognized by any native Hispanic, therefore, I can trust my wife's opinion wholeheartedly and without doubt.....one of the many things about her that make her such a wonderful blessing......sorry, not much to do with the review, but, can't help but share the pride and respect I have for my soulmate.

I ordered a ceviche, and a Shrimp cocktail. I only had 2 tostadas. It had no saltine crackers for the shrimp cocktail, and stingy on shrimp.

Martinez is my favorite place for Mexican food in Greeneville (and I have tried them all)! The food tastes extremely authentic especially if ordering off of the Honduran section of the menu. If you have an opportunity to check Martinez out, I would highly suggest one of their Churasco dishes as their steak is delicious! Dishes are also very affordable for the high quality and almost homemade nature.
