I usually get my family of four breakfast on Saturday. Today (2025/12/6 @ 1020) I went to do the same ordering my kids 2 smoothies, a #7 meal (2 burritos and hashbrown with large drink) and a #11 meal (steak, egg, and cheese with hashbrown and large drink) go to the first window pay 20 dollars for everything, pull to the second window where I was handed a bag and three drinks while waiting on the final smoothie. My wife check the bag during this time and the #11 was missing besides the drink. I notified the lady at the window and had three staff members give me awful scouls and asked, WHAT! I reiterated what was missing to the same response and additional two times. Finally I was instructed to pull forward and wait. Where i sat for around five minutes to a work come out and yelling Bagel at me and handed me a bag with just that a bagel with no hashbrown. This may seem like a oh well moment but I live local and have been to this location several times and spend quite a bit of money here and every time I have a poor experience it seems. I am just noting this and making a decision to not give the McDonald's franchise anymore of my family's money.

Since the new store, food quality and service has severely declined. For this reason, I drive an extra 10 minutes to a different store. With prices this high, the food should be decent at least.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 bacon egg and biscuits, and a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle, no egg extra bacon and add sausage. The woman repeated the order to me correctly, total was 21 something. Got to the window and my total was 24 something cause the woman rung in a beagle instead of a mcgriddle. I tried asking what happened, and the woman ignored me to take another order. (I know that's her job 🙄, but I'm a customer too) Got to the pickup window and told another woman my order was wrong, and she asked what I needed, I told her a mcgriddle, but when I went to tell her what was special about it, she slammed the window in my face. I got my mcgriddle, but it was still made wrong. I'm not mad about the sandwich, I'm mad about how I was treated. I used to work fast food too, and made sure to treat customers with respect. I wasn't even rude, but this McDonald's is always rude to me. The food is great tho!

Just rebuilt the store and no1 insight but we pull in to do buisness and they wont serve lunch at 2am thankgod for ashveville mcdonalds they serve lunch til 4am all the time evwryday

WORST McDonalds in town !! 3rd shift staff and management is always laughing while taking orders! Everytime we come thru they get a simple order wrong! When u go back thru to get it fixed it’s wrong again. No receipts are given back when you pay. Very unprofessional service!
