I have usually been a frequent flier here. How we, I had a quarter pounder meal delivered to me on Sunday after waking up late- the only thing I ate meal wise was this. Nothing else. This was around 12:30-1. Then, later on at night, I find myself the sickest I’ve ever been. This is because of the food I was given from here. I am really disappointed because I love this place but will absolutely never come back due to how incredibly bad my food poisoning was that took me 48 hours to get over.

I go to this place about 2-3 times a week sometimes. Every time around 10:30-11pm before work. Each time it takes 20-30+ mins for me to get my mobile order. Today I waited 30 mins to be told they cannot do my single frappe. So I was not only late to work but also late for no reason.
Why is the night shift so lazy? I saw them all moving very slowly like nothing mattered while waiting and one of them just stood there looking around holding part of a machine for 6 mins doing nothing.
I get that things go wrong, and understaffing is an issue sometimes but it is CONSISTENT for two years now. I'm finally writing a review since I'm fed up. I'm fine with waiting 10 mins, but not 20 and 30 for a single item, or nothing at all, like this time.
The line straight up did not move for 15 mins.

Ordered at the kiosk and asked for no salt on my fries due to my high blood pressure. They gave me fries that were doused in salt. I took them back up to the counter and they told me they'd make me a new batch. Those came out once again doused in salt. The third time they came out they were cold and doused in salt. I gave up after that. I will never go back to that McDonalds. Theo ones on Snaps Ferry and Ashville hwy are so much better.

Put some freaking paper in kiosks. Maintain them or take them out

I don’t get what’s so hard about putting mayonnaise on a bun with some lettuce and a chicken filet. Multiple times now I’ve been served mcchickens that are obviously old and have been sitting for over an hour with mayo all on one side of the sandwich. I only get McDonalds when I can’t make anything at home before I leave for work and I end up throwing away money for some old, nasty food that looks like a blind person tried to make.
Waited 10 minutes in lobby to place order no kiosks working to order off of no employees at cash registers to take orders. Left and went somewhere else to eat.

Only picking up order, had to wait for few minutes didn't think anyone was gonna take drive thru order and I was literally only Vehicle to pull up so they weren't busy as in customers maybe dishes or cleaning??? Either way after waiting and backing up and pulling to the monitor couple times someone finally got on to take order.
