Zero stars! I was rudely told no ice cream after 10:30pm. They were out of everything! I believe the employees need to be retrained in customer service. We won't be back!!!

I placed a mobile order, arrived in the drive thru line, and was advised to pull to a numbered parking spot. Waiting over 10 minutes to get my food and it was cold. Reached out to management and Jeff Atwell responded stating they’d reimburse me on 09/01/25 still haven’t received the reimbursement as of 11/26/2025 after sending multiple follow-ups.

Foods right most of the time but every time I get a large fry they fill it half way. I don't pay for a med fry in a large fry container. Night crew is horrible -1 Star

We get food there alot and the fries are either always old or cold, never fresh or hot.
