Sushi was good! We drove a hour and a half for it. Egg rolls are the bomb!

We love this place! It's a great place for real sushi at a decent price. Other food like their tofu and edamame are excellent as well. My husband is pretty much vegan and I often eat vegetarian so this is our go-to place for special occasions, and when I just don't want to cook and am hungry for sushi. Best sushi this side of Osaka! And yes, we lived there.

We didn’t enjoy this place at all. We got sat at a table that was filled with food on the seats and spilled soda on the floors. Like others have said, this isn’t a good sushi spot. 95% of the rolls have cream cheese in them. The worst part was it was probably 85 degrees inside, when you’re serving raw fish it should not be that hot inside and we should not be sweating while we eat. Lastly, not that big of a deal because I normally don’t even eat fortune cookies, but all the fortunes were the same. Won’t be back.

Great environment, amazing food. The sushi is absolutely delicious. The service is really great!!!
Best and freshest sushi I have found in all of East TN. Never had a single bad experience. Fish is always super fresh with no fishy taste whatsoever.

Food was ok. Rice wasn't cooked very well, which is a surprise to me considering they are an Asian restaurant. The rice on the sushi was hard and fell apart. The California roll tasted the quality of store-bought sushi, like the ones they are making in Ingles and Publix. The rice for the hibachi was also not cooked thoroughly. Hard pieces throughout. They did fill the container up, which is a plus. When grabbing the food, the waitress took our $40 cash and walked off, and couldn't provide a receipt, and then forgot about our change. It took a minute for her to make it right, but even after, we have no idea how much our order actually costs...we only know of how much change she gave us. They don't tell you the total over the phone when you call to order and no receipt provided.
Ambience is like a bar/arcade and the food was not good at all. Nothing about this is authentic Japanese food. No vegetables or egg in the fried rice that comes with hibachi, everything tastes sweet, no miso soup, carrots were mushy. Had to ask for chop sticks and soy sauce for sushi. Very unappetizing food in taste and presentation. Went to celebrate birthday and they did nothing to acknowledge it. They were mopping floors with yucky smelling chemicals while we were still eating 45 minutes before closing time. Rarely have I had such a terrible dining experience. Will not be back.

If I could not leave a star for food I would. If you ever had real sushi you’ll know that Novas ain’t it like wouldn’t feed it to the pigs ain’t it. If you want good sushi do yourself a favor drive over to Emma Asian 1 or Yuimaru kitchen and I tried the hibachi as well cause maybe that was good and boy was I wrong nothing to call home. Don’t even serve noodles with that hibachi and that just criminal. I don’t leave reviews usually it’s not me but since the foods bad and they charge good sushi prices thought I should let people know where to actually go for good sushi 🫡
The food was odd and fair at best! Service, okay. Very loud TV made for a not so nice experience! We eat this type of food all the time and across the country, so we definitely know what it is supposed to be like.
Wow! This place is sweet! Great vibe and great service. We got sushi and some Lao Mein Noodles. Greeneville is really stepping up their food game.
Never get my change back. Let's say meal is $18.50 u give them a $20 and get a dollar back?! Where's my 50 cents? All adds up after a while & not for my good. Not going back for that reason.
Absolutely delicious!! I was excited to try the sushi nachos and they did not disappoint. I tried a bite of tofu from my friends bento box and it was so flavorful. I was impressed by the decor. I loved the variety and unique sushi options. They have a buffalo sushi roll. I will absolutely be coming back. I am bummed they have Pepsi... But the mtn dew was crisp and refreshing.
