Novas is one of the best restaurants in East Tennessee! Great tasting fresh sushi options along with a good atmosphere. I highly recommend trying this place out.

Nova has really great sushi options all prepared with love. Some of the appetizers I've had seem a little off sometimes. Particularly the seaweed salad. There is always a lot going on at the bar. The ownership and staff seem to have great relationships with the regulars. Service is usually friendly and spot on.

Sushi was good especially for a small town like greeneville, I got the nova trio to start and it was good! Cooked well.Also the server was great and super sweet. They keep the place clean and their team works well together! I will be coming back in the future! It is convenient and close to where I live

We ordered 4 rolls. Three of them had shrimp. The shrimp was way over cooked, and were all chewy. Also none of the seafood had any flavor, all flat tasting (tuna, crab, eel). The vegetables in the rolls were fresh, however. We won't be back, but the noodles looked good on the way out.
DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIMEI have been here several times in the last few weeks but tonight when I walk in at 8:33 pm with my fiancé for a quick dinner after a long day of work, i was informed by the same hostess that had sat me the last 3-4 times i had been in, that they would not be serving anymore guest tonight. So if you are planing on trying to get a quick bite from this restaurant an HOUR BEFORE CLOSING, DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME. They apparently dont care about trying to keep good tipping return customers. For me to not even be offer a carryout order after i have tipped 40% on my last 4 meals here came across as rude and a poor decision by poor management. Will not be returning.

Really delicious food! They have some unique sushi rolls that are positively addictive. Their noodle dishes are also astounding, and all for a very reasonable price. You won't leave here hungry, and with a well stocked bar, you might not leave sober. (Bring a designated driver who loves food)
