Call and was going to order their 3 topping lg pizza for $9.99 and was told they no longer had it for that price when I told her it was still at that price on line and she basically called me a liar and hung up on me.

Ordered Philly cheesesteak...got hamburger on puzza!!!! Not a philly!!! Breadsticks 1/2 brown 1/2 overcooked. Wish I got a pic!! Disappointed $70 for 2 pizzas andbreadsticks. ..sorry not again.... do better!!!

Absolutely no good they need better employees people pay lots of money for food and the people that work at these restaurants don’t care but to make a dang pay check they don’t give two craps about what people have to eat absolutely disrespectful poor service for people no one shouldn’t go through this and the pizza was undercooked and we ordered cinnamon pull aparts for our dessert for our kids and we get stiff hard dry cinnamon pull aparts absolutely terrible on how they treat people’s orders!!!!

Called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up called back and was immediately answered and took my order, was given the total and how long for the pick-up. Went to pick it up and they had no record of my order. Needless to say won’t be back!

Papa Johns used to be our favorite pizza but the past few times we have ordered we have not been satisfied. The dough and crust seem thin and hard no matter what crust you order, it used to be thicker and fluffier and they somehow always miss a topping, usually pepperoni. The wings are never sauced properly, they should fully coat the wings in sauce. We have ordered from Newport and Greenville and are not going to be ordering from another Papa Johns again. I will say they did remake the pizzas both times but the quality and taste and texture are just pitiful compared to how good they used to be.

I'm a Door Dasher this place and the employee are the VERY BEST HANDS DOWN, THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTERMOR,AND THE FOOD THEY SEND OUT THE DIPPING SAUCE CUPS ARE ALWAYS IN THE BOX WITH THE FOOD Always the one place that still cares
