The staff here do their best, but this is a SUPER BUSY location! So be patient with them. Let them know if your order is wrong, because they will remake it as many times as they need to. They're a great team of ladies and gents! I get pizza from here every time I'm laid over here at this travel plaza!

Wiaited 2 hours for a delivery only to call and find out they still had no even made the pizzas? And there response was we aren't sure why this order was not made??? Needless to say this place deserves 0 stars. Had issues the passed 3 times and this one topped it off.

The pizza was delicious and fresh, and the cashier (young girl) was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. We ordered and picked up our pizza from the truck stop and enjoyed it inside of our truck.

Don’t buy pizza at this place if you don’t tip them they play you dirty and leave your order for last . For that reason they got me waiting for more than a hour on purpose!!.
I usually don't complain about Papa John's but this time I need to.. I ordered a chicken Alfredo with mushroom pizza.. payed for it .No mushrooms and no chicken on the pizza at all. This is unacceptable for your store to do this and I'm not driving 32 mi to get it made correct.

So I used to be a store manager at a Papa John's, and I can say with certainty, if the pizzas coming out of my store were like these at the Davy Crockett travel center, I'd have to let every employee go and hire all new people. I got the chicken bacon ranch, cheesestix and a 2 liter. That was one of their current promotions. While the flavor was OK, it wasn't great. The topping portion seemed like it was within specs, but it was hard to judge that because there was 3 or 4 big bubbles in the pizza that slid the toppings all around. The cheesestix were almost as bad with the bubbles and were cut very irregular as a result. I will say the employees were friendly enough, they did get my order correct including the extra garlic sauce I purchased. I had to ask for Parmesan and crushed red peppers a second time, though and I also had to ask for my 2 liter. Then I had to ask for regular Pepsi instead of the diet he was trying to hand me. They did do the square cut as requested even though I forgot to ask for it when ordering, so there's that. And finally, the pepperoncini, which is one of my favorite parts, was dried up and just completely inedible. I couldn't even get a bite out of it. Basically, this store needs to have more inspections in my opinion, because I know it's not up to Papa John's standards. Do better, folks.

I Just did a order and they were going to deliver it ordered at 720 called at 840 they said it will be 20 more minutes called back 905 didn't have a clue . Had to go pick it up myself. 70 dollars. I have to say that they lied to me. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am staying at the koa campground. Will not order from them.

I love Papa Johns but I hate coming to this one they always take long and always mes up my order and gotta wait even longer to wait for what they mess up they have more than enough people working well all they do is talk to each other it's ridiculous on the work side and i guess a friend of theirs stopped by and went to say hi going in the back while they are preparing the pizzas
