Ordered the heat lamp Pizza. $13.82 which is crazy in itself. It's a pepperoni pizza with hardly any sauce on it. It's like I'm eating bread and cheese with pepperoni on it. The guy who sold it to me said it's well worth it. That's when I should have known. Please learn how to cook pizzas before you charge this priced customers. Thanks
Came thru ordered a 2 pizzas , wings and a 2 liter , one pizza was wrong I asked for a light sauce pepperoni and hamburger pizza , got my order and got home and opened it to this 👀🤨 it was rung up light cheese ! Called the store and was told to drive it back up and bring it in to have a remake done even tho he said he was sorry he put it in wrong . Now usually this wouldnt be to big an issue but considering I live 45 mins from that store and it wasn’t my mess up . Young guy didn’t seem to even care to much and was really not enthusiastic about his job .

I used to love Papa John's pizza. But one of their sites ruined it 12 years ago for me. That particular PJ hates truck drivers. But I chose to give this one, located inside of a truck stop, a chance to redeem after 12 years. While the people are very nice, something is definitely lacking in the quality. It is no longer there. The pizza was bland at best. It was the Super Hawaiian. I'm not sure what was so super about it. Pineapple, Canadian bacon, bacon bits, and cheese. Wow. Sounds like an Hawaiian to me. Do you want it a Super? Add onions, mushrooms, and black olives. Now that is an Hawaiian pizza.

Just moved to the area. Ordered an xl pizza and wings for delivery. It took TWO hours to receive our order (2.5 miles away). We specifically ordered ALL flat wings with mild sauce. The wings came naked and had a lot of drumsticks. We called the store to explain the situation and they said they couldn't do anything about it unless we brought them in to them. We had them delivered for a reason, and after waiting 2 hours, we were starving and said it's fine. But this is not fine. This place is a joke and so is the management. The store said they can't take orders for all flats, okay, so why did they? Why not offer us a free pizza or store credit (like other pizza places do?) This place is a joke. We will never give this place business again. $70 wasted. For a pizza and a few wings (which were not what we ordered!)

Completely messed up my pizza and instead of having any sense of customer satisfaction, ROGER said that I should make the 20 mile round trip back to the store so they could "actually see if it was messed up" even after I told him about the drive and offered to send in a picture. Awesome. Really awesome stuff guys.
