I absolutely love pizza hut, it's only place we order pizza from. Their food is always good and their online ordering is super easy. They have a good points system too where you get points for your purchases and you can exchange them for free pizzas and other items and it doesn't take long to have enough points to do so. We order preety frequently and there was only one time where something in the order was incorrect but when I called them they were completely nice and apologized and put a credit on my account for the order to be replaced free of charge and it was absolutely no hassle at all. They have been nothing but friendly and given us excellent service.

I used to order from dominos however the last time I ordered from them ,about seven years ago they did not send extra garlic butter which I paid for. I have not had that problem until today with pizza hut. I received absolutely no garlic butter. I love pizza hut pizza and wings.. please pay attention to the order.

My family and I order pizza for pick up at this location on a semi regular basis and we've never had a problem but I just have to say that our service and food yesterday was GREAT! Best pizza I've had in a long time and the curbside service due to social distancing and all of this madness went very smoothly. Whoever's in charge and in the kitchen now, keep it up!

Usually I don't have much trouble with pizza hut. This experience however was bad enough it'll be while before I order again. Over an hour and a half waiting for my food to be delivered. The p'zone I ordered wasn't cut and wasn't very warm in the middle anymore. Delivery guy was nice. Only positive thing out of my experience this time.
I have eaten at Pizza Hut for a while, but we decided to order today, big mistake. We ordered two medium pizzas and two six piece MILD buffalo wings. It arrived faster than expected and we were pleased with this, but only one of the wing bowls had the mild sticker on it, we wrote this off as if they ran out of stickers or something along those lines. My father and I were the ones who got the wings, I don’t eat Pizza Hut wings, but my father does all of the time and doesn’t like the hot wings, I grabbed one of them, which happened to be the one with the sticker, I am sixteen, and I eat hot stuff all of the time and I am use to it, and my father got the other one, I automatically started eating them, not thinking about anything would be wrong, but my father bit into his and started coughing, I was already almost finished with mine, and his turned out to be hot wings for some reason, so I called to ask if there was a mix up, right off the bat, the person who picked up was rude, I told him what happened and he said that they “ran out of mild sauce and just put on the hot sauce”, I felt like they should have called us to ask first, and another person came to the phone and explained that the person who initially answered was new, we’ll they said they’d send a new one, I had another wing in my “mild” container, and I gave it to him, it was hot sauce aswell, well we called back and it was the same guy who said the same thing. I don’t like being lied to, it’s really messed up that they’d put a mild sticker on a hot wings thing just so the person won’t notice it, my father doesn’t like pizza and that’s the only thing he gets and he doesn’t have food untill it gets here, I’ll update the review when the other wings arrive. I just think that if they lie about sauce they could be lying about more that just that, so, I ask you Pizza Hut what else are you lying about?

Service towards customers is poorly done. If you go in and eat the workers take forever to take your order and they won’t ask you for a refill, but food is great!
