This was my first time eating chicken and waffles but I have to admit, it was phenomenal! I got the Country Boy which has peppered gravy on top and I absolutely love the gravy. My only critique would be I wish it had came with a fork because it was extremely messy BUT I also give props to the man working there because it was just him taking orders, preparing food, and he even ran the food out to my car so I can definitely live without the fork. I'm already planning on going back tomorrow to get the Smores waffle!

Project Waffle is a jewel in the heart of Greeneville. They have gluten free options for their yummy chicken as well as the scrumptious waffles. The food and drink selection, including artisan coffees, is amazing and so is the atmosphere. It's like walking into a hip little hole in the wall in Asheville.

I didn't give this a 5 star rating only because one of my favorite dishes isn't available all the time. They once tried to fake it for me but it was just disappointing. My wife and I still love this place and usually get the big chicken and bacon waffle sandwich and an order of cream cheese and fruit waffle and share both. Very good stuff.

What a dream place! Great food at a decent price, amazing atmosphere with music and decor, make this place a new favorite. Came in for brunch but this gem is also open for the dinner rush. Beer is present, but this place seems better fit for the younger crowd with amazing coffee, prices and hours accommodating their preferences. Coffee is local and the beer has a great craft selection. I'm jealous that I don't have one of these in my home town!

Such a cool ambiance at this place. Any sandwich you can get with grilled chicken instead of fried. I got the grilled chicken salad which was simple but excellent. Prices are great too!
