Nice place, very clean, menu is kind of out dated, ordering system outdated, for new customers its kind of imposing to have to stand and read the menu while 3 people are staring at you. And then try and figure out what on the menu. Maybe a number system or menu with never choice, nothing special about the food, that you cant get at home. No specials, and a kaiser roll is not an over grown hamburger roll. And a turkey melt is not hot turkey on a roll, turkey melt is grilled...
Everything is pretty good here but I've gotten TWO cold hamburgers in a row. The meat was cold. They pre cook their burgers and warm them to order on the grill.....Lazy. but...their sandwiches are pretty good. Customer service is definitely lacking. I don't usually do these reviews but ....just have your employees show they care.....just a little.
I had a great eating/dining experience at the Sandwich Shop in Greeneville. Great tasting food and fast service during lunchtime. Will definitely recommend. I also see a drive through at this location and it always has people, so I'm just guessing the breakfast is great to.
