We got a large take out order for a family gathering and all of it was delicious. My favorite was the pork with the yellowish sauce, im pretty sure it was the Kansas bbq. And the the bacon onion potatoes were also to die for.
Very good pulled pork (and sweet sauce). Amazing macaroni & cheese and baked potato! Older lady employee was so-so friendly.Vegetarian options: They have so many side options! They have a vegetable plate too!
First time here and look forward to trying more of the menu in the future. The sausage was 4 stars / excellent and would come back for it again and again. The brisket was 2 stars / extremely dry and lacking flavor. Had to mash it up and mix it with the sauce (which was pretty darn good) to get it down. There was no line and the service was super quick and friendly.

Best smoked chicken in Greeneville TN. The sides are excellent and the service is great. My family likes their pulled pork and sausages. Oh and don't forget to get a large cup of sweet tea to go, it's fantastic.
Southern Craft...who? First off, once you park you can smell that smoker! My daughter said "Smells like they are cooking here!" The food here is a solid 4.8 stars. Ordered 2lbs pulled pork and a rack of ribs both tasted smoked and was tender, moist and fresh. My 11 year also is the queen of mac&cheese and said it was better than roadhouse! Corn on the cobb was perfect.I have been here 3 months and love finding "new spots" to catch a bite and I am so glad to have stopped in the service was great and welcoming. I will be back soon, thank you for a good experience!

Great BBQ, Ribs, tenderloin and other smoked meats. All the sides are great. This is a hidden gem with country sides such as collard greens and green beans.

This is my first time here. I regret not finding it sooner!! I got the half portion of pork nachos and they are very tasty with a generous portion size! I will be back for sure! The staff is friendly and I noticed they do a good job of cleaning the tables. Two thumbs up!!

Really miss the food truck I'm Jonesborough so if I'm near the location in Greeneville I get enough of the baked beans, pulled pork and spicy sauce to put some in the freezer.
