These last several visits the wait time in line is getting slower and slower. They get you by ordering in the app so you are charged and committed. Plus these are off times, not prime times. Very sad

Ordered mozzarella sticks on the app no marinara or ranch in the bag so I hit the red button and told the person it wasn't in the bag and asked for marinara she rang it up for 10 cents paying for a condiment that should've been included in the bag is asinine to me won't be stopping at this sonic again!

Our order was handled inefficiently, leading to significant disappointment. We waited around 10 minutes for our order to be taken, and after pressing the button again, the employee finally attended to us. However, the debit card payment system malfunctioned, insisting on a cash payment. We attempted to inform the employee of our intention to pay by card, but she seemed to disregard our efforts, despite being aware of them. Upon receiving our food, the server appeared irritated that we had chosen to pay by card, rather than cash. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, characterized by a lack of politeness and professionalism.

I placed a online order at 950am, had to call at 1013am for my order. All I got was 2 route 44 cups of ice... Late for work waiting on ice! Still waiting at 1020, sad having to wait for 30 minutes for an on-line order!! And I'm the idiot waiting, the second time this has happened at this location.
