Terrible service. Stall didnt work amd she took my card to run it and 5 + minutes later returms it. Katie was rude amd didnt evem apologize or say thank u

Fries seem like they were days old. Rock hard and brown. Probably need to switch out the oil. They were inedible.

Always plan to be here for anywhere From 20 minutes to an hour waiting for your order. This place is one of the slowest ones I've ever been to in the food is not that great .

I like Sonic.. it's affordable and something to please everyone in the car. But the app almost never works for me and this location has the slowest and most hateful employees... The last year has been a steady downhill. Possibly the slowness is being understaffed but it's still so bad! If you don't have an hour for lunch - keep driving!

We went on the $0.50 corn dog night. So we prepared for a longer than usual wait. And we weren't disappointed. I feel for the employees. I'm sure it's quite the trial to be able to work the drive-thru. Service was slower than normal. If you go there, be prepared to wait. Perhaps parking and having the car hops come out would be quicker. They seem to have a great attitude and the people at the parking spots seemed happier. They probably knew better.

I DIDNT GET MY SOFT PRETZEL THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE DRINK

Everything we ordered we couldn’t do with the combo which I know is bull crap we have done that every time a new item is available. Couldn’t get the witches brew with my combo, couldn’t get the queso tots with my combo just really disappointed in my experience this time. Food is always good but never had this problem before today.

Food was hot and just as I ordered Mercedes was my order taker and done a great job on reading my order back to make sure it was correct very nice even with all the changes and add extras to our food it all was correctly made not many places can get it right but That day at sonic they sure delivered what we ordered when we paid for our order at the window same person who took our order was Mercedes she was the nicest sweetest person to us even with it being very busy she had a great attitude and always had a smile on her face she is definitely a great worker for sonic thank you sonic for having such a great team member like Mercedes she just made our experience a great one goin above all others
