I've been to this location many times and the food can be rather inconsistent. The heat of the food isn't my complaint, as it is bound to be not hot but just warm at times, but the breading of chicken and breaded products are my issue.Sometimes if I get chicken, strips or popcorn chicken, I have pieces with no meat, if not almost no meat inside. Just a big hunk of breading. I had to stop ordering popcorn chicken entirely because of how it became, ironically, consistently mainly breading.Customer service wise, there's been one girl who has been rude whenever I've seen her. No clue on a name, but also a few times our orders have been changed without notifying us. (Removing an order of fries, etc)The only reason I still go here is the mozzarella sticks and the fact that they have a good syrup mix for their fountain drinks.

Went to the drive through to order a medium shake. Girl said she'd be right with me, waited 12 minutes, when she finally came back and I ordered my shake I was told the ice cream machine was broken. Thanks for nothing! It will be a long time before I ever go back there. Nothing fast about the food.

It's a Saturday night and I just went through the Sonic drive thru on 11E, Greeneville to grab a shake for my daughter and I and this poor, sweet girl is entirely on her own to close with one person in the kitchen. You left her to take drive-thru orders, make everything she's obligated to make that the kitchen staff doesn't, and service every single car that parks at a speaker to eat. What is wrong with you? You saved what? A few dollars sending your other staff home early and made this lovely young lady have a horrible night. Shame on whoever made this terrible decision. I didn't get her name, but she was sweet and kind and definitely deserves to be treated with much more respect and consideration. Do better. It's one thing to not have someone to work. It's an entirely separate thing to send people home early on a Saturday night and leave one person to do everything. The photo I added is only one side. The other side has cars parked as well, and there were 3 people behind us in the drive-thru a few minutes before this photo.
