The Killer B sandwich and collard greens are AMAZING!!! I would eat this everyday if I lived closer. The servers was absolutely fantastic.
I am super picky about my BBQ and greens and this was some of the best of both I have ever had!

Been here three times since it's opened and every time it's always something. Food was cold, service was slow and inattentive. Manager was nice and admitted to dropping the ball which is great, thank you for taking ownership. Never have this issue at the Johnson city location. Seems like it's worth the 30 minute drive, past this local.

When my wife and I arrived we were told there was a 30 minute wait. After 40 minutes we checked to see how much longer it would be and were told we could be seated at that time. We were taken upstairs to a side room and seated. There was one booth and one table with customers seated and one booth that had not been cleaned yet. All the others were empty and yet there was a half hour wait. It took another 30 minutes to get our food. I have owned restaurants and in a BBQ restaurant the food is already cooked so there is no reason for that long a wait. We ordered regular BBQ and nothing that would take extra time to prepare. The food was good as was the service, good, not great but good.
All the problems that we encountered were because of poor management. I hope they are corrected soon before Greenville loses what could be a good BBQ restaurant.
Update: We have given it another try and are glad we did. Things have turned around a lot. The service was good, the seating time was reasonable and the food was great. I talked with the manager and was told they saw the problems and were correcting them. We will be back.
