I'm not from here. There is no Starbucks at this GPS location. Sat for a bit and another commentor said Ingles. GPS Ingles and the Starbucks is in the Grocery store. It is a Starbucks but isn't. Can't use stars or app, but can use giftcards and they sell all SB products.

If you want Starbucks and you are near Greeneville go ahead and drive to any other location nearby. This is the worst one in the area. I've been getting the same drink for nearly 20 years and this location seems to mess it up every single time, then you tell them its not right and they have attitude. If i pay for a service, I'd like for it to be correct. It seems this location hires people straight out of high school that could care less about their jobs. I've called corporate a couple of times about this location and nothing ever changes. I go once in a blue moon now just to see if it's changed and no it hasn't. Hire people that care about what they are doing.

I would love to say this is the first AMAZING experience I've had at this Starbucks. Kelsey took my order, so professional by the way. Then completed two orders and finished mine without a bat of an eye. Fast is not even the word to describe her pace. Kelsey did such a good job today. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!
I came in just now at 8pm, it took 5 mins for either of the ladies to say anything to me... then they said they were closed. Google says they close at 9pm.

Way over priced for a start! Staff are friendly and have no complaints about them at all! I do dislike the company's progressive and liberal politics and strongly disagree with them! But I figured I'd try the coffee well it tasted much like their political views, bitter and nasty! Will never support them as long as they continue to support defunding the police and other socialist policies.
