I came in just now at 8pm, it took 5 mins for either of the ladies to say anything to me... then they said they were closed. Google says they close at 9pm.

Way over priced for a start! Staff are friendly and have no complaints about them at all! I do dislike the company's progressive and liberal politics and strongly disagree with them! But I figured I'd try the coffee well it tasted much like their political views, bitter and nasty! Will never support them as long as they continue to support defunding the police and other socialist policies.

Not a good experience this time in fact it was by far the worst Starbucks experience and we frequent Starbucks quit often. This is our go to Starbucks and this visit left alot to be desired. They skipped fixing one of our drinks to fix other customers ahead of ours it seemed. They allowed one customer to keep reaching across the glass partition to get multiple drink carriers, her straws etc. On top of all that when my husband finally got his drink (after they "taught" us that caramel macchiato doesn't actually have caramel its vanilla when we asked for extra caramel as we do...every...single...time...we....order....it!!!) it had dried drink all over the outside of the cup which is evident that in fact it was done but they chose to serve others in front of him that ordered after us by a significant amount of time. The cup looked like it had been used multiple times with the amount of drink dried down the side of it. Of course the one time I told them I didn't need a receipt I in fact did need one after this experience. This is not the service that we have had in the past from this Starbucks I am unsure what the issue was this time but I do know that the 2 young women working were not concerned with the issue at hand. Not impressed at all and very disappointed as this is or was our go to once we get groceries at Ingles.

Ordered 3 small drinks, only recieved 2. The lady asked if I ordered another one, when I told her yes she looked at me like I was stupid. No I paid $18 for 2 smalls. She finally made my caramel Frappuccino and didn't even put any caramel on it at all.

Can't say much, but I've worked in numerous amount of Coffee shops. Starbucks always seemed to be a bit overpriced compared to most.
This is my favorite Starbucks. The girls that are typically there are so sweet and fast at both taking your order and making your drinks.

I went around 5 pm, and the good selection was limited. The first 2 items I wanted were sold out. Service was good and the staff attentive. It was very quiet, which I needed. I will go back.
