Today my wive and I ordered two footlong subs. The subs were good. The man who made them for us was very rude. It was as if he was upset about something, and he was taking it out on his customers. Didn't see his name, but when we were checking out my wive asked Autumn why he was so rude. She shook her head, and said "I dont know". Good help must be hard to find. Anyway, not going to return for a while. Don't want to cause a scene. This man needs to find a job where he doesn't have to deal with customers.

Order sandwiches for pickup get home and we get the wrong bread, and we order jalapeños on both sandwiches and we didn’t get any of that. On my sandwich I never got mayo or oil or vinegar as well and normally that’s the best part for me.
That was the most rainbow colored lettuce I have ever seen! And to approve it for use and placed with the other veggies! Shame on you Peter Regional Manager for excepting that type of product as okay and then to think that it is okay for human consumption shame on you! Who is your boss?

My online order was done when I showed up to get it, however the bread on all of our sandwiches wasn't fresh at all, a little hard.

Prices are getting a little outrageous $10 for a turkey & cheese sub. Susan made it well worth the money!!! I give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My crush took me on a surprise late mid afternoon snack here at subway. We shared a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long. Excellent service, very direct, openly flexible!!! However, I am afraid I spoiled supper time

It was expensive, $14 and change for a Mexicali foot long, no sides, no drink. Also I don't think the card machine asking for a tip is appropriate for that environment.
We ate at the one in the shopping center on Summer Street recently always quick friendly service. Always satisfied with our subs there.
Parking: It's sometimes a struggle for that location to find parking.

Great place to eat. Plenty of seating in side and parking. Good food with quick service.
It's Subway
Hot sandwich ?
I work at west summer street subway, just to jump in here and give a little detail with what we do.Our bread comes frozen off the trucks and we put the bread on pans every night then place them in the cooler.Bread takes over night to thaw out so it is freshly made in the morning .We keep the place very clean,it does get difficult sometimes when we are extremely busy,We chop up all the food by hand and sometimes when we run out of something we have to run to the back to grab more.it also makes it hard sometimes especially when we are by ourselves but we do everything we can to make the customers happy.I absolutely love my job.The customers are getting to know me and I love seeing them walk in with a smile ? If there was anything bad in our subway I surely wouldn't be eating here myself and neither would my friends or family members that also come in now.Love subway
