I’m not one to leave reviews but my patience has ran thin. EVERY single time my husband and I have gone here, something has been missing, they have SEVERELY skimped on ingredients to where the taco or bowl is a LAUGHABLE. The car drive through also ALWAYS taken forever here. There’s a Taco Bell across town near Asheville hwy we used to live next to and they ALWAYS got it right, portions, special requests and all. This one is ridiculously worse and makes me question whoever is in charge here because it’s a night and day difference from the other one.
Here’s a photo of their most recent mistake. Look at this disgusting, bottom of the barrel, sad excuse of black beans they added to my bowl. It’s a dried chunk and makes me wonder how long it sat there all day 🤢🤢🤢.
Drive the extra 10 minutes to the OTHER Taco Bell across town.
BRB, going to demand a new bowl be made.

So we got food for the whole family and it was cold and my crunch wrap and both of the chalupas were almost empty with little to no filling. The chalupas were horrible because they felt like they sat there forever and I had a pieces of chicken that were hard and tasted bad I lost my appetite. I love Taco Bell but it was no good this time. Not to mention I had no ice. My nacho fries were cold when I got them. Everything just was not good. For the whole family we paid $40 for 3 people for a bad dinner. I understand people have bad days in fast food and it isn’t always like this but it was so disappointing.

We came here quite often and were known as the potato people because we are vegetarian lol 😂 This Taco Bell had our order right I’d say 90% of the time. When the food was fresh it was always amazing. The staff were always friendly and understanding.
Terrible all the way around. Every single time you go food is cold like it came out of a freezer. Ordered a Large Drink got Medium and fought with me about it. Not to mention they often refuse to put ice in your drink. Certain things your order will not be something they have in stock even tho they just rung you up for that specific item. Terrible store terrible management.

normally I don’t say things about unhoused people hanging around restaurants because I understand their situation, however this Taco Bell has allowed a young man to sit on their property who is violent. I watch this dude be given a water and food then throw it at the person walking away who just gave him something so please beware.

This location was one of the best I’ve been to, 3 years ago. It’s gone so far downhill lately, it’s not worth what it costs. They served drinks with no ice for over a week (with no discount) because the machine was broken, even though there was bagged ice at the shop across the street.
This time, we spent $66 for 5 people. We paid extra for sour cream we didn’t get, paid for extra cheese that we didn’t get, sodas were flat, chalupas were stale and hard, the Mexican pizza was smashed and broken with all the ingredients on half, and bare on the other half. But hey, at least we got plenty of hot sauce.
With all the fast food options in Greeneville and plenty of good Mexican joints, there is no good reason for anyone to visit this Taco Bell anymore. If you have the craving, go to the Jonesborough location instead.
