We came here quite often and were known as the potato people because we are vegetarian lol 😂 This Taco Bell had our order right I’d say 90% of the time. When the food was fresh it was always amazing. The staff were always friendly and understanding.

Terrible all the way around. Every single time you go food is cold like it came out of a freezer. Ordered a Large Drink got Medium and fought with me about it. Not to mention they often refuse to put ice in your drink. Certain things your order will not be something they have in stock even tho they just rung you up for that specific item. Terrible store terrible management.

normally I don’t say things about unhoused people hanging around restaurants because I understand their situation, however this Taco Bell has allowed a young man to sit on their property who is violent. I watch this dude be given a water and food then throw it at the person walking away who just gave him something so please beware.

This location was one of the best I’ve been to, 3 years ago. It’s gone so far downhill lately, it’s not worth what it costs. They served drinks with no ice for over a week (with no discount) because the machine was broken, even though there was bagged ice at the shop across the street.
This time, we spent $66 for 5 people. We paid extra for sour cream we didn’t get, paid for extra cheese that we didn’t get, sodas were flat, chalupas were stale and hard, the Mexican pizza was smashed and broken with all the ingredients on half, and bare on the other half. But hey, at least we got plenty of hot sauce.
With all the fast food options in Greeneville and plenty of good Mexican joints, there is no good reason for anyone to visit this Taco Bell anymore. If you have the craving, go to the Jonesborough location instead.

This place is managed poorly, longest drive thru waits ever. They will only take 1 car order at a time and until that car has got their food they will not take another. Do not go here if you are in a rush.

Mexican pizza was great with sour cream and roasted chicken. The new street chalupa or whatever was OK. Service was poor employees with the window open and her back to us the entire time. No ice in the drinks with no explanation and ignored when asked about it.

They did not get one single order right in the 20 min it took me to get two items, one of which was burned as I looked on with no way to stop it from happening.
I live out in Afton next to camp creek got off work ordered food an didn't even get wat I ordered an thy can't even answer there phone to make it right this place sucks!!! 😞

Just horrible. Don't come if you're in any hurry. Here at 7pm and doors closed, no sign. Sitting in drive thru and they are literally taking 1 order at a time and making it before taking another order. My order isn't even right but I'm not sitting on line for another hour to get it fixed. All tacos had lettuce and weren't supposed to and I'm missing potatoes. I will say the only good thing was the cashier at the window. She was very nice and polite.
