Mexican pizza was great with sour cream and roasted chicken. The new street chalupa or whatever was OK. Service was poor employees with the window open and her back to us the entire time. No ice in the drinks with no explanation and ignored when asked about it.

They did not get one single order right in the 20 min it took me to get two items, one of which was burned as I looked on with no way to stop it from happening.

I live out in Afton next to camp creek got off work ordered food an didn't even get wat I ordered an thy can't even answer there phone to make it right this place sucks!!! 😞

I’ve went to this Taco Bell 3 times and every time they keep leaving stuff off the food that’s supposed to be on there and can’t call to tell them bc the have the store phone unplugged

Just horrible. Don't come if you're in any hurry. Here at 7pm and doors closed, no sign. Sitting in drive thru and they are literally taking 1 order at a time and making it before taking another order. My order isn't even right but I'm not sitting on line for another hour to get it fixed. All tacos had lettuce and weren't supposed to and I'm missing potatoes. I will say the only good thing was the cashier at the window. She was very nice and polite.

This Taco Bell worst in the state of Tennessee, dining room always closed. The employees always horse playing and they are loud. So Is the manager! Stay away from this location.
Worst taco bell in East tenn. Beans are always dried out and crunchy and ya can't get a taco without it being crushed into a million pieces. Good thing they got forks sometimes

NEED NEW MANAGEMENT
Last time dining not open, no sign directing to drive through; 7 pm and said they were short staffed when we called from parking lot to see about ordering as our van doesn’t fit the drive through.
This time one employee impatiently told another helping a customer there was no tea because someone told the key.
Also today we were rudely told to use kiosk it was against their policy to take our order. We left.
About does it for us here in Greeneville. Food has deteriorated in ingredients and taste anyway since the flood.
