This was my first visit to Texas Roadhouse at this location. I don't think I'll be back. I called repeatedly to see if they would be open on New Year's Day. The IVR system said they were closed. I drove by and the parking lot was packed.

I sat at the bar and had good service. I was specifically there for prime rib. I ordered the medium cut with fries and a house salad. The bartender said they were out of fries. (How does a steak house run out of fries?) I substituted mac and cheese for the absent fries. I asked for creamy horseradish with the meat.

I was never offered or served rolls. The other customers on either side of me had to ask for rolls.

The meat with au jus and the mac and cheese arrived very quickly. My salad and horseradish were missing but came eventually after pointing it out to the runner. The prime rib was decent but definitely not in the top 10 of prime ribs I've had. The mac and cheese was bland and wasn't very cheesy. The house salad -- who came up with this? Romaine with cheddar, cherry tomatoes, eggs and croutons. No cucumbers, no carrots, no onions, no bacon bits/pieces.

And a pint of Yuengling (a regular domestic beer) was $6. ... All in all not worth the money.

Only in Greeneville, TN does a Texas Roadhouse not have any rolls. Wow! Should've been told they were out of rolls before placing a to-go order. The rolls are why most people eat at Texas Roadhouse.

This was our first time at this location and it was great! The food was on point and cooked perfectly! Our server Justin did an awesome job and took very good care of us. Only two things that they can improve on: 1. We went online and used their call ahead seating and it was 45-55 minutes. We arrived in 45 minutes and still had to wait another 45 minutes? This was partially due to the hostess station not understanding their job. There were four two top tables open and they sat two people at a table for six not once but twice?
2. The bartenders were not very friendly and the bar service was SLOW. The drinks were marginal at best. That being said, the atmosphere, food and dinner service still stood above any shortcomings. Will be back!

Quite possibly had the best waiter in the business tonight. Don't think I've ever been made to feel so welcome before. Simply a great experience even though it was super busy on New Year's Eve.

All was great as normal, EXCEPT the hair I had in my steak. Everyone else enjoyed but could not eat after that (Manager did take care of things) Will be back again as it's our favorite.

Much better food than when they opened which of course they were working out the kinks. Service was excellent and no wait tonight which we were lucky.

Ordered online ,got there and it was never placed. Not happy with this

I ordered prime rib medium and it was raw it looked like it wasn't even cooked. Looked like a blob of raw meat. Baked potato 🍠 was not done either. Very disappointed the service is getting worse longer they stay open . Ordered a filet it was a chunk of sirloin with fat in it and so tuff you could not chew it up . Obviously the cooks don't no rare from medium. The meet is getting worse every time. Won't go back

Too much salt on the food this time. Usually its great take the salt Shaker away from the chef
