Their hours say they are open until 9:00, and their online menu indicates they take orders until close. I called at 8:15 to place an order so that it could be ready and picked up by 8:30. They answered the phone, didn’t say anything, set it down and let me listen to them rummage around for 3 minutes while I said hello. I hung up and tried calling back numerous times, only to get user busy. Got here at 8:30, looked like the place had been closed for an hour. Very disappointing as I came from Parrottsville and eat here often. If you want to close at 8:30, put that on your hours, don’t list 9:00, then close early. Would not recommend, the food is usually good, but there are better options.

My favorite place to eat in town since I was a teenager. Their tofu is the best, and no other Thai tea has the right taste to me.

I will say the service was fast and the lady that was serving us was very kind but the food was probably the worse food, I've ever had. I've ate in many other Thai or Asian restaurants and this is probably one of the very lowest. I did see other people enjoying their food but I'm pretty sure they don't know what they should expect if you aren't familiar with Thai food. I can taste the fridge in the dish if you know what I mean. And while we were eating, my family and I saw a roach coming out of the sit and it was absolutely gross.. I, ended up throwing up on my way home. I don't wish bad on this restaurants, I just hope they improve a lot.

Good service - great food. We finally found a good Thai place near us!

Very accommodating, friendly and fast service. Delicious food and lots of options. We had varying spice tolerance, so they brought us little pots of their sauces so each person could adjust to taste. The mango boba drink was wonderful!

I took the food to go so I can’t say anything about the dining experience however the pad Thai is quality. I lived on the East Coast and could order from DC, MD or in Virginia all areas with lots of choices for authentic Thai and Thai Joy is really great considering this is Eastern Tennessee! I’m impressed with their food!

Food was great, especially the won tons. Best I've ever had. (And I've had a lot) I just wish they had explained the level of spicyness better. We had never had Thai food before. We loved the flavor, it was just too hot. We will definitely be back, but now we know how to order correctly.

Slightly above average Thai food for the tri-state area. Curry was a bit salty. Sate was unseasoned, uninteresting, and a tiny bit undercooked. But very nice people. Not high end Thai, but not low end either. Slightly above average.

Food is always great. Service can be a bit slow with usually one person taking orders and cashing out but the food is always worth the wait. Been through the majority of the menu and its all very good.
