I know a popular steakhouse was built right across the street but if you want the best steak in Greeneville this is the place. Steak is always cooked just right. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful! Worth the wait! Steak for two is a GREAT value! We'd gone to Texas Roadhouse with my brother and his girlfriend the night before and the taste, quality and value here was much better..... Not to mention, we could actually hold a conversation with our table guests! The music at the Roadhouse is obnoxious! Service was great as well. Definitely recommend! But it's a popular spot so expect to wait so go right after opening or about an hour or hour and a half before closing.

Ordered a filet medium came very rare in the middle sent it back (very reluctantly) came back just ok, baked potato nice and hot, vegetable medly looked like it came out of the freezer section from the local market. Service was great!

It was my first time at butcher block. My sister-in-law and I thought we would just go that way one Friday we've been hearing about it. And everything that we heard was true We loved loved loved everything. We were so glad that it was family oriented also and didn't have alcohol in it. So thank you butchers block for our wonderful meal and to know we have a place to go that is good all way around.

Food is always fantastic! Service was slow and lazy. So if your looking for a good steak this is the place. If you want good Service make sure you get the lady server and not the guy. We waited 15 minuted before he even acknowledged we were there then It took another 20 minutes to get drinks that came out with the appetizer. Wouldn't take our order even though we were ready until he brought out the appetizer. Wouldn't remove dishes that were done, we literally had to put them on the floor to get out of the way. The other server had to pick them up. Our salads came out 3 minutes before the steaks, so no time to eat them. Our refills for drinks would come out in a half full glass with no more ice to split between my son and his girlfriend. The whole dinner that should of taken an hour was well over 2. Out of our 3 times there our 1st time was great the last 2 with the same guy makes ya not wanna come back!

Bad experience, food was good when the waiter finally brought it all, he kept forgetting everything then said he couldn't give me extra tarter for the fish, I got 2 cups that was a fourth full then he acted shocked when I said can get her another one and told me me couldn't. Seriously, I would have paid for it lol

Great steaks. The server Danielle is absolutely amazing. She is the most attentive of any we have experienced since our move to Eastern Tennessee. Ask for her! You will not be disappointed.

We took our grandbaby and everyone loved her she is 17 months and ate some of my steak fries ! The Texas tails are always on point totally delicious 😋🤤 ! The servicers are all so friendly and down to earth folks!! Couldn't ask for a better place to eat !!
