I placed an order for pickup on DoorDash at 7:15 when they close at 8. The pickup time says 7:23 and as I arrive the doors are locked and no one is there and I call and no answer. I don’t know if the workers just left early for the day or what the case was but only being able to eat liquid diet as I just got my wisdom teeth out I was really looking forward to the soup.

The Phat Cat Cafe is the #1 place in Greeneville for lunch! They have the best Ruben sandwich, the rancher is my favorite! I have never had bad food nor bad service here! The food is fresh and the French fries are fresh cut in house. Need i say more?! The Phat Cat Cafe also has a great trivia night as well. The atmosphere is wonderful.

Delicious food. Great service. Would definitely recommend eating lunch here. My friend and I both had the club sandwich. It was loaded with plenty of meat. It was really good. I had loaded potato soup and it was delicious. My friend really liked her tomato soup. My husband had taco salad. It is huge. He loved it. French fries are to die for. So glad I picked this restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful food.

Ate lunch at a place called The Phat Cafe. I ordered a BLT less the tomato but added a piece of cheese with water. I was charged $.25 for water and $.75 for cheese. I asked if I got a credit for the tomato and she said they only do add-on, no takeoffs!! I did ask if they charged for the use of the bathroom and she said no that's free!! Won't be back there!! They did take the $.25 water charge off at the register!
