Absolutely worst place on the planet, every single worker I’ve seen there have been the rudest people ever. I’d give this place a negative star if it was available. I’ve worked in fast food and I cannot believe this is acceptable. Awful service and food ain’t even that great for yall to be acting that rude🤨

Ordered $60 worth of food, missed half of it. Tried to call the number on the receipt and they have the phone turned off and it went straight to voicemail. What food we did receive was cold and mushy like its been sitting there all day. The entire time that me and my family was sitting in the drive thru we were catching death looks.

I went at 10:30pm on 11/8/24.
The first woman at the register was talking on the phone the entire time that she was taking my order and collecting my money.

The second window, the dude proceeded to not talk to me didn’t say have a good night or anything, and slammed the window in my face.

I called the number and talk to the manager, She was making excuses for them as a manager that should not be if you were on the What kind of situation you were in you need to step away then she proceeded to tell me that they were slammed. I was the only person in that line and there was nobody inside.
Horrible, horrible customer service I will never go back.

My son is trying to collect the toy Halloween Frostys. We ask for a ghost or witch they said no problem we will get that for you.

I drive a awy with a screaming 5 year old for 20 mins on the ride home because they lied to him. ?

out here in a dump truck trying to get the water back on in this community. but this store is drive through only. so off limits to all the truck drivers in the area, trying to help out after storm damage.

The only thing that is an issue for us is that the kids' meal cup does not have a small straw that goes in it. So you have this tiny little cup with this normal sized straw. It's a struggle for the littles. We have been cutting it down ourselves, but if you don't have a pocket knife with you, then your little will struggle a bit.

Kid-friendliness: My mom and I bring my toddler here for a little lunch date, and every time, we have had access to a booster seat for him to sit in. And they have been clean and easy to use.

Can't say much about the employees only made eye contact with the guy at the payment desk. A small Frosty cost $3.50 in what looked like an 8 oz cup. I don't think I can eat at such an upscale restaurant anymore
