This by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I ordered 4 items on the menu with only 1 item having any special instructions. I wanted something taken off of the sandwich. I ordered through the app hoping that would help them. I went through the take out line and even told the man on the speaker about the special request (which wasn't very special). He said yes he would make sure. I get through the line (after what felt like 10 minutes). I checked my food and noticed... the item was still on my sandwich. So I go back into the store. I am at this point a bit upset. But I am still respectful and ask for a new one without said item. The manager then gives me attitude like its my fault they can not read. I will never be going back here and I hope no one does either. Sidenote the food was old and not very fresh.

Rude employees. Especially the lady at the pickup window. I believe it gives her pleasure to be rude and throw food at you thru the window. Orders are most always wrong. Does Wendy's not care about good customer service?

I dont usually leave reviews but this wendys was bad. We got two baconater meals. We asked for pickles, no mayonnaise, no onion but everything else. They said they didn't put onion or pickles on them. Okay. The burgers were stale like they had sat out all day, they both had mayonnaise, neither had pickles, and one had an onion on it. The bacon was not cooked, the cheese was cold and not melted. The French fries were burnt with barely any salt and cold. I also found a hair in the burger two bites into it. The only thing that was good were the drinks. We gave the food to our dogs instead. For 30 dollars I expected to at least be able to eat the food.

My fries were stale, my Cinnabon was burnt and cold at the same time. How do you burn something and it comes out cold?
Associate working the cash register was very inhospitable. Seemed annoyed that he had to wait on us! My order wasn't made correctly either Will not visit this restaurant again!

Burgers were lukewarm at best. Chicken nuggets over fried and fries were lukewarm as well. Lady at register didn't even speak or welcome me, just stood there carrying on a conversation with other employees until I asked if she was ready to take my order.
