How about being open during the hours advertised? Stopped by on 3/29 and most of the lights were off even though the drive thru is supposed to be be open until midnight (I stopped at 11:30.) There was another vehicle infront of me that waited longer than I was willing to. There were employees there because you could see two girls standing at the drive thru window doing who knows what.

About 530 this evening I went through the drive thru we ordered a couple of combos food was ok fries a little cold but then we were given unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea we ordered walked inside with the tea and they would not fix it and the lady was very rude would not even give us a pack of ketchup they left out of our bag I will not eat here again I will drive across town

Me and my cousin went through the drive through and got the krabby patty meal and when she bit into it there was a peice of plastic in her burger we though it was an onion but it was a peice of plastic ?
Need to start making sure to put straws and napkins in doordash bags. My lady order had neither.

The cashier at the window was rude when we asked for ketchup. We were supposed to ask when ordering. Husband got no spoon or crackers for chili. Paid #31.14 for order. Called manager. She said to come back for replacement. We live in Kingsport TN. 37 miles from Greenville. No other options given. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Bad and rude employees and bad service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE...If I could I would rate a minus 10
