Terrible service on night shift the manager needs to me replaced. I pre ordered my food since I only get 30 mins lunch but I got there waited 10-15 mins for a mobile order make it make sense and there were so many workers but no action and I had to tell her the name on the order said it to the first 2 girls and they said it fine but then she’d walked back to make orders and said “ mobile order for what’ever name is up front “ yeas fire her

Well, they asked me to update my review. Ashville highways Wendy's smells like a dumpster at the window and this one can't seem to take their time with the orders to get it right.

How about being open during the hours advertised? Stopped by on 3/29 and most of the lights were off even though the drive thru is supposed to be be open until midnight (I stopped at 11:30.) There was another vehicle infront of me that waited longer than I was willing to. There were employees there because you could see two girls standing at the drive thru window doing who knows what.
It was pretty good. No score or five as nothing went over and beyond. Good was good and it was quick.

About 530 this evening I went through the drive thru we ordered a couple of combos food was ok fries a little cold but then we were given unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea we ordered walked inside with the tea and they would not fix it and the lady was very rude would not even give us a pack of ketchup they left out of our bag I will not eat here again I will drive across town
