Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I simply asked for no coleslaw. Not only did they give it to me they had to mix it all up smh. I'm done with zaxbys. Haven't gotten my orders right last 3 times I've been.

All of our food was cold for $32 it wasnt worth it. Always serve food as if you were going to eat it yourself.

Nothing special about the chicken strips we had. We remembered then being better... Maybe everyone else has improved their strips.
Place wasn't exceptionally clean. Drink machine was pretty bad. No sauce like it was years ago....just packets.

We must be the exception though as we often see it backed up at the drive through so this review may be more opinion than anything else .

i’ve been waiting 30 minutes for 2 quesadillas yall can push out everyone in the drive through 5 times, take 10 peoples order inside and get them their food, AND get the doordashes out but i can’t have the food i paid for??????

It’s very sad to see how this restaurant has went downhill. It was my favorite chicken place for many years. It’s not even worth the visit anymore.

Honestly I love this place but today's lunch was by far under whelming. we got the chucken bacon ranch fries minus the ranch and add the tongue torch sauce. The fries were cold the cheese was not even close to melting and the chicken was cut into huge pieces. We also ordered the white cheddar bites and they were luke warm at best. for 20 dollars I'd like to get hot food.

Food was pretty good, priced fairly, the inside of the restaurant however needed some attention when it came to cleanliness. Employee at the counter was great however. Just being honest. Otherwise a decent place
