Ordered a Zensation salad, bowl only half full. Mgr.said they have cut back salad by half per orders from corporate. Tiny bit of lettuce for $11.00. Mgr. filled bowl up but said I would not be getting that much lettuce again.i told her I won't return , she just shrugged her shoulders. Dissapointed this regular customer. Rockys salads are FULL at a lower price. Bye Zaxbys.

Advertisement was a lie… Unfortunately Mr Beast Box looked way better in the pictures and the reality was very underwhelming. If you advertise an overflowing box with big pieces of chicken you gotta give the same thing. Other than that the customer service was good. But waste of money.

Not a big fan of this location. I don't like the Zak sauce and each time I go to Zaxbys I ask to change the sauce out for BBQ sauce. It's normally wrong at this location and so aggravating whem I'm not going back home.

This is the 3rd time in a row consecutively that we’ve ordered food and it not be correct or the food we order be complete. While multiple workers just sit outside discussing about a vehicle. But yet fast food wants more money to work.
