Maybe you guys should have the drive through person text the orders to the kids phones on the prep line so they can get the orders correct.... if they spent half as much time and energy preparing food as they do texting and goofing off, maybe we would get the food we ordered the way we ordered it. It should've been this restaurant instead of Fatz that closed.

Lobby always closed, phone number won't work. How you expect door dasher to deliver your food if it takes 2 hours in the drive through? Workers absolutely abysmal, if I wanted an attitude I'd bring it myself ffs.

So why is that every time I go through the drive through I don't get the Zaxs sauce for my chicken? It isn't that hard to put in bag. Also I had to pull forward and wait, then my chicken wasn't even hot. I am done eating there.

Zaxby's is my favorite fast-food spot! Their chicken is always perfectly cooked, and the Zax Sauce is to die for. Quick service and a consistently delicious menu keep me coming back for more. If you love chicken, Zaxby's is a must-try!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The one here Greeneville has hired the worst humans with the worst attitudes you will ever find. So unprofessional. Waited for over 35 minutes for 2 salads!!!. Made me pull up and wait, but people were coming through the drive thru left and right getting waited on. I will never go back to this dump! Don't subject yourself to these rude people and just go to Chick fa la to eat the Lord's chicken. Amen.
Chicken fingers were dried out. Tough as leather even my dog had a rough time trying to eat them. Will not be going back there again.

Manager on duty said it took 25 minutes to get chicken tenders and a salad because “ they just do what’s easier first”. Soda machine had no ice so all soda was flat. 4 other drinks available on the machine. Would not drink the tea as I am sure they clean it however is easiesto. 4 times in 3 years I have visited. Not one time has it been overall good. You might be joining Fatz. I would recommend taking the novelty sign down in the dining room about not working hard. It seems to be your company motto. To the boy on duty chewing food as he walked by and ignored me the first time, hope he was enjoying his whatever’s easiest snack.
