My family visited this cool floating restaurant during our stay at the Hales Bar Marina and Resort the weekend of Father's Day. We were very satisfied with the quality of service. Our server was extremely friendly and full of stories and history regarding the area. The food was beyond what you would expect of a small floating restaurant and was decently priced. What was surprising was there was an actual smokehouse attached to the floating restaurant where they smoked their ribs and other meat. The downside was the restaurant was very hot and you can tell it hadn't been updated in quite some time as there was ceiling tiles missing/broken/stained, the window on the door was broken, among other things that could be tended to, but the restaurant was clean and tidy. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The people are rude. Charged 12 dollars for a hamburger where the meat was smaller than the bun, the battered fish was burnt on the outside and gooey on the inside and had basically no fish just uncooked bread. The fried green tomatoes tasted like pure grease. Could have spent half the money a McDonald's (gross) and gotten better food

Was passing through, seen this place and thought it would be a great place to eat. Instead the service was horrible, the waitress seemed like she was somewhere else, got my order wrong twice and had a attitude. Food wasn’t even that good. I hate McDonalds but should have ate there instead .

Went there with my family on memorial day weekend. Haven't seen them in years and they came from NY. Ordered 6 beers went outside to the deck a nice waitress come over took our order. 93 minutes later 2 sandwiches came out. These were 18 dollar SANDWICHES! A few minutes later my smoked pork plate came out with less then a quarter cup of pork on thr plate and it was burnt and tough! My son in law couldn't eat his sandwich it was inedible! Please don't go here. I wouldn't wish this on anyone 100 dollars later.
