Ms. JESSICA THORPE IS THE BEST SANDWICH LADY IN HALLS.. She always meets people where they are at that counter and is as kind and compassionate about serving her guests in there as much as anyone I’ve ever seen. Best not get rid of her anytime soon or folks might quit coming into your store. She is the nicest lady in that establishment!! She always goes above and beyond for whatever is asked when working.

I annoyed the sandwich artist because I had asked for fresh lettuce. The browned lettuce that was displayed had tomato seeds on the inside of the container was unsanitary and showed visible cross contamination. Even after I pointed out the disgusting food matter on the lettuce pan it stayed on the line. The worker did give me fresh lettuce, and an eyeroll. For ten dollars, I think I am entitled to fresh produce.It's difficult to find fresh produce at this location. The spinach was expired. The red onions looked bad.The only item that looked fresh was the guacamole. This was at noon on a Friday. Subway; eat fresh is the motto, right?

The lady named Jamie, that’s the ASSISTANT manager, has the absolute worst attitude and customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with at any establishment. She refuses to serve me because I like my sandwiches made a certain way, and I want my meat hot before it’s toasted. Well, yesterday, I made the comment that she has a problem serving me every time I’m in there, and her response was, “yeah, cause you’re an A**hole. With an assistant manager speaking to a customer like that; I won’t be returning for as long as she works there! Very hostile atmosphere with the attitude problems, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever come here.
