“Salad bar was very good. Please note that some “cold” items were too close to, or even under, the heat lamps. Saylor was my waitress. She was excellent and even though she gave me written instructions on how to rate five stars I must give four because of the potential for foods kept at the wrong temperature. This could be a food safety issue.”

“Not sure what has happened to the food? I gottake out Couple nights ago the meat tasted bad. I should’ve known better than to get beef. I normally get chicken . I mean, it even smelled bad. $20 meal I threw away. I took one bite enough to know that it tasted bad. The rice was OK but I still threw it away. Maybe somebody was having a bad day but I can’t afford to be sick because somebody’s having a bad day.

“On August 5, my husband, daughter, and I stopped at Cracker Barrel in Harriman. We were on our first outing in an unfamiliar van, a new venture for us with him going out and using his wheelchair. We were returning from the Vanderbilt ALS Clinic in Nashville. It had been a long day and we were having quite a rough time trying to get my husband situated but the staff was patient and courteous through it all. We appreciate that. Thank you. We would also like to thank the unidentified person(s) who paid for our meals. It was so very kind of you. You blessed us and lifted our spirits. May God bless you all.”

“We live in Kingsport, TN and travel to Nashville often. We always stop at this Shoney's. It's Father's Day! Super busy full house at 2:30 pm, but was sat in less than 5 minutes. Buffet was hot and full. Great place to eat, even when it's not Father's Day.”

“There's a new quality manager at least in the morning. The staff is providing what is expected from a solid Hardee's. Breakfast is back including crispy bacon in the Breakfast platter.”

“Every was great except the AI order taker. It (with a female voice) I guess it didn't hear a order of Bo rounds. And I ordered a steak biscuit sandwich with Bo rounds as my side and got fries. I'm not mad. I learned to go in and order. The nice guy at the window fixed my order with no issues.”

Fortunately, I carry a roll in the vehicle just in case and lovely wife brought it to me to make sure that things were kosher… problem solved. I continued with my orders using the self-checkout Kia stand waited my order while I was standing there I was approached by the manager, asked if I needed any assistance and I said “no I don’t need any help, but y’all need some help” I pulled up Wikipedia and showed him the correct spelling and in informed him that the men’s bathroom was out of toilet paper. She apologized and said take care of it, and I just assumed that would go in one ear and out the other, but not this one before I got my food. The toilet paper roll was being filled. I thought, Wow, that’s refreshing. Someone that cares about their customer. And as I was walking out with my order, I saw the gentleman fixing the spelling on the sign. Wow within minutes the complaint was addressed and resolved never in my 48 years. Have I ever seen such prompt attention and care for customers. So big thanks to all the team at the Taco Bell in Herriman, Tennessee and a special big. Thanks to Shane W. He gets it done!”
