They serve fantastic food and it's great when it's hot and fresh. Although most the time they forget an item or two in every single order I place. Their AI Bo-Linda is kind of off-putting and slightly scary at times. She doesn't understand pretty much anything you tell her and gets confused and then a person has to step in. Pretty nice staff, patient with you. The atmosphere inside is great. It's normally very quiet. Again, the only problem I really have is they forget things.

Using A.I. in the drive through slows everything down, then you get to the window and they make you pull forward every time. Disappointed, but you lost a customer with that crap.

Every was great except the AI order taker. It (with a female voice) I guess it didn't hear a order of Bo rounds. And I ordered a steak biscuit sandwich with Bo rounds as my side and got fries. I'm not mad. I learned to go in and order. The nice guy at the window fixed my order with no issues.

I went through the drive-through, and they had an Ai machine trying to take my order, which was confusing and frustrating to use. I ordered bo-berry biscuits, and there was hardly any icing on them. Also there was a few of them that were burnt.

Food was really good. Biscuit was perfect. Not too dry. Chicken bites were the size of most places tenders. Mac and cheese was yummy

Me and my wife just went down there and ordered two of the boberry sausage biscuits which we waited in line 10 minutes for and even had to pull up to the front so that they could bring it out to us because something wasn't finished cooking apparently. When we get home the biscuits have obviously been sitting out for a little bit and there is no icing whatsoever on them. Terrible.

I just wanted to say I’ve ordered from this store a lot. I wasn’t aware that after 10pm you can’t get ANY breakfast ( when it actually says Breakfast All Day.) I drove quite a ways after work to specifically get breakfast, just to be told they couldn’t make an egg and cheese biscuit. Very disappointing! It was barely after 10 as well.
