I went through the drive-through, and they had an Ai machine trying to take my order, which was confusing and frustrating to use. I ordered bo-berry biscuits, and there was hardly any icing on them. Also there was a few of them that were burnt.

Me and my wife just went down there and ordered two of the boberry sausage biscuits which we waited in line 10 minutes for and even had to pull up to the front so that they could bring it out to us because something wasn't finished cooking apparently. When we get home the biscuits have obviously been sitting out for a little bit and there is no icing whatsoever on them. Terrible.

I just wanted to say I’ve ordered from this store a lot. I wasn’t aware that after 10pm you can’t get ANY breakfast ( when it actually says Breakfast All Day.) I drove quite a ways after work to specifically get breakfast, just to be told they couldn’t make an egg and cheese biscuit. Very disappointing! It was barely after 10 as well.

There is no such thing as customer service at this place. They maybe quick in getting you through the drive-thru, but the cost is that your food is going to be thrown together. Everything that was supposed to be hot or at least warm in my order was cold.
