Traffic blocked in i40 so we thought we would grab breakfast. Went inside. Only one table had people and one person standing waiting for something. 3 people working. I went to restroom while husband was going to order out food. I came out he was still standing there. No one even acknowledged him. He said they looked at him but just kept on doing what they doing which was getting food for drive through. We stood there at least 5 more minutes while totally being ignored. Filthy place with absolutely no service.

Dirty pull up window, waited 17 min in line with barely any people in line. Got to the window and after 3 min was asked to pull up. Waited another 3 min and went inside. Our food was by their fries as they were putting other orders together. ‘Oh, I was just going to run it out.’ Really? lol food was cold ans freezer burnt. Everyone looked half dressed and dirty. Our bag NEVER AGAIN will we get this fast food.

Reading tickets in a restaurant is essential. Forgetting half an order, sauces included is not ok. No matter how good the food is, when you have to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of the order, everything is cold by the time you make it back home. And for the price we all pay, to have mediocre service and not the entire order at one time is not ok

Burger King in Harriman needs new management or something. I’ve went two different times and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Nobody should EVER have to wait that long in any drive thru, let alone a fast food drive thru. If you’re wanting to go there and get food, be ready to wait.. AWHILE. Until something is done, this location has lost my business.

Food was decent this time and the cashier was nice but when we received our food my kids got chicken nugget meals and when we went up to get our food the lady said we couldn’t have a sauce because she couldn’t prove that we didn’t get a sauce already even though she was the one handing me my food she was extremely rude and combative and just arguing with us even as we were walking back to our seats

The manager during the lunch shift was completely out of control. The lil old manager that runs the day shift wouldn’t give my young kids who ordered chicken nuggets kids meal , and lost her stuff on the fact you don’t get sauce, you should of ordered it. The fact when you buy a chicken nugget meal it should come with ONE and only sauce which was giving to me in the most unprofessional way possible. Will not return.

this is my second round here I figured I would try it out again today which is months later you sure do get a rude response here and you would think you would get better coming from the management this absolutely displeased with this location not only that they're not very blue collar friendly they don't want trailers coming through their parking lot they don't like it if you bring any kind of trailer through this was the reason she was being rude in the first place told me I didn't need to be taken my trailer through the drive-thru but I can't walk today so what am I to do if I want to eat here I think it is absolutely a horrible design flaw I surely do like Burger King though the franchise and other locations how much more Blue collar friendly locations where does hard-working men trying to have lunch
Parking: There is absolutely no where to park a trailer there is absolutely no way to even bring a trailer through hardly

Only 4 girls working. It was visibly dirty behind the counter for food prep. Garbage were over flowing. The drink station was beyond gross..it was dirty, there were lids and straws everywhere as well as spilled drinks. Floors had Garbage because the cans were over flowing. It was 2pm.. they were very busy. So naturally the wait was very long.
