Buyer beware. They claim to have no pennies for change and round up charging 1- 4 cents over the price. No where else is doing that now. Who profits from the extra money. There manager has handled my food with bare hands before. Same one that lies about the round up policy.

Waited in drive thru forever. Cashier didn't know how to do a split payment cash/card. I was only getting fries. When I got to the pickup window I asked the young man if I can have fresh fries not cold since we were waiting forever i was sure our fries just sat in the bag for awhile not warming. The young man gave me a look of defeat. No friendly reaction just for warm fries. Also make sure you always get a straw.

The food is not worth the wait that you have to suffer through, if you are just wanting a quick bite to keep from getting sick choose another place. Just not the Taco Bell next to it. Lol. The drive thru times there have actually gotten slower than it was in 2023. Sorry, but if a working person only gets a 30 minute lunch break why should they have to get out of their automobile and walk in to get quick service. Drive thrus are supposed to be faster. They do have some Good Food though.

Disgusting!! Employees seem HIGH & don’t know what they’re doing?
Traffic blocked in i40 so we thought we would grab breakfast. Went inside. Only one table had people and one person standing waiting for something. 3 people working. I went to restroom while husband was going to order out food. I came out he was still standing there. No one even acknowledged him. He said they looked at him but just kept on doing what they doing which was getting food for drive through. We stood there at least 5 more minutes while totally being ignored. Filthy place with absolutely no service.

Dirty pull up window, waited 17 min in line with barely any people in line. Got to the window and after 3 min was asked to pull up. Waited another 3 min and went inside. Our food was by their fries as they were putting other orders together. ‘Oh, I was just going to run it out.’ Really? lol food was cold ans freezer burnt. Everyone looked half dressed and dirty. Our bag NEVER AGAIN will we get this fast food.

Reading tickets in a restaurant is essential. Forgetting half an order, sauces included is not ok. No matter how good the food is, when you have to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of the order, everything is cold by the time you make it back home. And for the price we all pay, to have mediocre service and not the entire order at one time is not ok

Burger King in Harriman needs new management or something. I’ve went two different times and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Nobody should EVER have to wait that long in any drive thru, let alone a fast food drive thru. If you’re wanting to go there and get food, be ready to wait.. AWHILE.
