Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Great food. Fast and friendly service

As much as I love Cracker Barrel, this has to be the worst one I've ever been in. I love CB green beans, but these were swimming in some kind of green oil that was not appetizing at all. And the restaurant was very dirty. The glass in the front windows had this film over them. The partitions between the tables had trash and markings all over them. And don't even get me started on the bathrooms, they stunk! I'm a huge CB fan, but will NOT ever be returning to this location again.

First off, let me say Cracker Barrels are generally one of the best family restaurants. The grill chef was off, as the pancakes were swimming in oil, the French toast was burned black on one side and was swimming in oil too. The sides were good, and the soft scrambled eggs were on point. Our wait staff was very attentive (Camden was) and on point, as well as the manager.

Ive been ordering Thanksgiving meals from here for over 8 years. When I pulled up to pickup food he was smoking and threw it out to ask our name. I didnt even mind that but this was the worst meal I've ever had! Hard rolls, dry dressing, hardly any gravy, and cold food. This will unfortunately be our last Thanksgiving from here.

My food was okay, but my family that was with me that got the Fried turkey it was tough; they said that you would have to have a chain saw to cut it!

I hate to be negative about the place I used to enjoy , but this place has gone down over the years . You really can tell the change in management with the service and food over the year . 3 orders came out missing their sides , drinks took 30 minutes to refill, managers standing around unwilling to help their staff who are struggling to keep up. I took pride when I worked here years ago , but now this place is a joke . I would not recommend to anyone , and my family and I will not be coming back .
