Used 60 pizza points for a free and ordered cheese bread Saturday 9/5/2025, went to pay and was told tell cant take a 100 dollar bill so the next store that would break it was little caesars. So lost my points and had to pay for a less quality pizza. Someone else ate the free pizza, hope it was good

Ridiculous my order was canceled due to having to pay cash because card machine down which was fine I picked pay cash eith online order had to reorder! However would no renew my points! Not the first time this has happened ! My family will order pizza hut or the better tasting pizza from Papa John's !!!

would genuinely give them 0 stars if i could, they gave me the driest noodles i have ever seen in my life, i called them and literally offered to pay for extra sauce because i didn’t wanna cause i problem i genuinely just wanted to eat my food and he told me he couldn’t do anything and blamed me saying u should’ve ordered extra sauce. pls be fr. mind you i get dominos pasta very regularly and this is absolutely not the regular amount of sauce lmaooo. but even then i still would’ve been happy paying for extra sauce and he couldn’t even do that

Ordered a pizza at 8pm. Went to pick it up at 8:45 because it said it was still being prepped. Was told 7 more minutes, so we waited and 20 minutes later got the pizza and the ticket said it was started at 9:15!! We ordered the pizza at 8!!

I ordered two pasta meals over two hours ago and still have not received them,it took over a hour and a half to start baking them ,I'm two hours in and still haven't got a delivery and of course they don't answer the phone so if the delivery ever shows up they will take it back with them.when it first opened you couldn't beat the quality or time but it has went down hill since.
It befuddled me why they won't deliver within 5 miles of the store. This alienates those of us that need delivery within this radius. Even more curious why Papa Johns will deliver from Kingston, mind you farther away. Love Domino's pizza but get it delivered. Flawed business thinking

For the first time my husband and I decided to try ordering a pizza online. It went smoothly. I am a low tech person, do I was very relieved🤭
I ordered the pizza, and was kept updated through the whole process. I was told when Katherine made the pizza. When Norman was enroute, and when he arrived at our home. I was told on my phone when Norman arrived. I was amazed! The order was placed at 4:12pm, and was at our home at 4:31.
I will be ordering from Dominoes again. Thank you all. You are appreciated.
