So, I stopped in for a donut, which was ridiculously dry. But that's not why I'm leaving a review. The gentleman in front of me, wanted coffee with one cream. I saw the amount of cream that was put in his coffee. It was significantly more than what one cream would be. Okay, fine. The guy behind the counter was going to remake it. The two young girls working behind the counter laughed and mocked him for a long time. It was ridiculous and rude! They were laughing at him, long after he left. What kind of employees work here? I hope the manager takes this review seriously and has a talk with them! I left my stale donut on the table and left! I don't want to support a business whose employees are that unprofessional and disrespectful! That customer was treated like shit! On my way out, I stopped three customers who were on their way through the door and explained about the level of service at this particular location, and they happily left and went across the street to the convenient store/gas station! What a disappointing experience! Do better! A lot better!

Usually this place is amazing! But whoever is working today is not the best. They were not very respectful, they were meowing at us, and they forgot one of our drinks. The drinks themselves were not up to par, and they were not full. I understand that it is a Friday afternoon but it is also disappointing.

50/50 my order is correct - it’s usually a swap of the cheese, which isn’t major, but still upsetting. Most recent visit, other than one of their ovens being down, so it took a bit longer (no big deal with that), we found an animal hair on two of our sandwiches, and a long human hair in our daughters sandwich. Extremely disappointing. Definitely won’t be back after that.

Once again, my order was not correct. The coffee is always good. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a muffin. It came on a croissant.. I am diabetic, and I cannot eat a croissant filled with sugar. I had to throw my meal away because I was on my way to work and I work 45 minutes away in Knoxville. I have no time to turn around and have it corrected..

If you are a mobile delivery driver, avoid accepting orders for here. They will make everything else before they make the mobile orders. Very slow turn around time, not worth the wait.

Was waiting on my wraps to come out and the blonde haired gentleman started rapping to me while I waited! He had a great attitude taking care of a very long line. 10/10 customer service he deserves a raise for that kind of effort to keep customers happy.

Drinks are okay but donuts are always cold and dry and at least a day old, couldn’t imagine when the last time they made a fresh batch was but they could really use an update in management or a whole rehaul of the store all new staff or something this is terrible

I expect there to be a wait in the morning when everyone is trying to get coffee but in the past they’ve been pretty good at keeping the line moving. But lately every time I go the line is never moving outside or inside. I don’t know what’s going on currently but clearly it’s not working
