I expect there to be a wait in the morning when everyone is trying to get coffee but in the past they’ve been pretty good at keeping the line moving. But lately every time I go the line is never moving outside or inside. I don’t know what’s going on currently but clearly it’s not working

When you order a drink you expect it to be full not half full coffees what frauds I will no longer support thus fraud business . Also when you make a customer's order cold when they order hot don't get attitude for asking to have it done right. Bad customer service. By far the worst capaachinno I've had. It tasted like I was eating straightncoffee grounds.

Always out of lemonade later in the afternoon. With it getting hotter out more people are going to be purchasing refreshers and they will be out by noon.

The staff here is fantastic. Love their friendly, outgoing nature.
However, the quality and taste of the drinks have declined drastically. Never had issues before but I've yet to get a mocha iced or frozen coffee that doesn't taste yucky. Used to have to put other flavors (donut swirl or toasted white chocolate) along with my mocha to get it to taste sweet. But they don't have those options currently.
I don't want to stop visiting Dunkin but not sure why I'm paying for drinks that I end up not finishing.
Stopped this morning and got a large frozen mocha and despite asking for 6 shots of mocha swirl (+2 on the usual 4 shots) it doesn't taste like mocha was added. The drink is very light colored. Almost like it's just a frozen coffee with no mocha at all.

The staff at this Dunkin were absolutely amazing! I’m new to the area and wanted coffee and donuts and at 4:30am, the morning crew at this location were very helpful and friendly. Especially for it being so early in the morning, it was nice to be met with that kind of crew and environment. I will be going back!💪🏽🩶🤙🏽

When I go through it's honestly a hit or miss sometimes they get my drink right sometimes they get it wrong just depends on who is working last time I drink was not correct and if I'm going to pay $8 for a drink I would like it to be made the way I asked for it to

Gotta do better on the iced lattes. It’s aggravating when the coffee tastes different every time. Service needs work, I’ve had to wait several mornings for my food. I’ve worked at the oak ridge location and never had to ask customers to wait. We’re on it over there.
