first off, the staff is always so friendly. I always go in and ask them to make me a surprise drink.. every time it has been delicious! Definitely my new favorite coffee shop.

This place is awesome! It’s inside an old bank and the decor is very eclectic. But more importantly the coffee and pastry’s are excellent. Would definitely stop here again if I’m in the area. Highly recommended, also clean bathroom inside.

I cannot say enough amazing things about them! From their chai to their flowers to their customer service! Everything was absolutely amazing. They gave me the option of mixing a sweet and spicy chai and that blend was BEYOND perfect!! I was so grateful for this shop on a cloudy Sunday morning. Their team was friendly and funny. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. An absolute must visit!

This place tops all coffee dumps in Tennessee! The staff is friendly, attentive and talented baristas . They sling out some pretty unique/“seasonal” drinks as well as your coffee shop classics! The interior design is a must see. Also, if you wish to stay in your car, guess what….they have a drive through. Last thing I need to mention is/are their succulent muffin top pastries! They are orgasmic!

I waited for 20 minutes before leaving the drive through to order, cash in hand, with only 2 cars ahead of me. And I had to leave empty-handed because I was going to be late for work, because I had waited TWENTY MINUTES to make an order, inside of my car.
The gas and time wasted, without even a coffee to try and justify that kind of service, leaves one feeling incredibly frustrated.
You’re losing a LOT of business with the state of your drive thru. Whatever needs to happen, please make it happen. There is no excuse for that kind of drive thru experience.
Edit: I wouldn’t normally post this kind of review, but I’ve experienced this multiple times. Today just takes the dang cake.
