Not my typical coffee place that I frequent, but it was a nice place. I just used the drive thru, which is very convenient. This was once an old bank, and I love that is been repurposed. I asked the barista for a recommendation of a sweet iced coffee drink and they recommended some type of blueberry muffin flavored one, which I enjoyed. The menu is my problem, and why it'sa 4 star versus 5. It's very hohum and pretty basic. Nowhere on the menu was the blueberry option, or a listing of flavors, so I had no idea what to get.

The Dude Without Fear
I love Gather. I unfortunatey don't live close to any of their locations, but it is my favorite of all of the coffee places in East TN. This shop in Harriman has such a cool atmosphere. Very cool building and even better coffee.

This coffee shop has great atmosphere- in a former bank, it has several seating areas, large windows with views of downtown and lots of plants. The barista was very friendly and patient with all my questions. They have dairy free and sugar free options (no GF tho). The raspberry vanilla latte and London Fog were delicious!

What could be better than friendly, talented local folks serving amazing coffee in a setting that delivers on every front including a welcoming vibe and in aroma of freshly roasted coffee mixed with locally prepared pastries that are delicious? This was my first visit. I wasn't expecting much but I was wrong. The place is spacious, clean and trendy. I ordered a carmel, mocha frozen latte and a blueberry muffin top. They were both absolutely delicious. And the price was more than fair. Will be stopping here every time I travel through Harriman.
