Bailey was the nicest counter man ever! The store was very clean and friendly; and they even took the time to write inspirational messages on the bags. This was a very nice stop!

It’s a shame I can’t leave 0 stars. Ordered the “big cheeseburger” in the drive thru. I asked for no onion. The burger comes with onion, ketchup, mustard, and pickle. Simple. I get to the window and she repeats the wrong item. We fix it, I thought, and I get the burger. I park to check the burger and it has Mayo and lettuce only..? Okay I go inside to fix it. She takes it back to the 2 guys cooking/assembling and says big cheeseburger. She tells me they have no tomatoes. Okay? I don’t want any. I watch the guy make the burger with lettuce and onion again. She saw him and said “he wants no onion”. While all this is going on I see the disgusting cooks using no gloves and tearing it apart picking the onions back off with their bare hands. I had more choice words causing a scene and left with no food, which was the easiest decision of my life. How they’re still open I have no clue but at least stop eating here and make them have to shut down.

This place has gone down hill bad. I placed my order at the windows bc the drive thru doesn't work for large trucks and the shift lead/ assistant manager told me she didn't want to take my order after leaving me there for 5 minutes just staring at me. She didn't even ring up my order just shouted it out to the kid in the back that couldn't hear her an asked 3 times what the order was and still got it wrong. I ordered 2 number 5's and ended up with 2 regular dbl cheese burgers. I'm allergic to ketchup BTW and couldn't eat any of it. I called in and thank God the other shift lead Adam was there. He took my complaint an was awesome. Told me I could come back right then or at a later time and would get it fixed an he did with a smile. The girl that messed everything up was named Ashlee and couldn't have been more rude and inconsiderate.
