If I could leave zero stars I would. Made an online order they refused to honor the order. Manger was absolutely zero help and rude has no problem solving skills or customer service skills I would highly recommend skipping this restaurant

Maybe they were having an “off” day but we’ve never had biscuits as hard as we did this morning. Another couple came back in and requested better biscuits. Okay service but horrible biscuits. 20 bucks for a stone .

The place has really turned around this past year. Even the Food is better. I find myself coming more often then I have in the past 3 years. I promised Bailey as I was leaving the drive though I would leave a review, he is a funny man.

This was a horrible experience. The egg was paper thin and absolutely was not a whole egg. The biscuit was hard and THE GRAVY WAS CHUNKY WITH POWDER OR FLOUR. If you mess the gravy up, throw it away and start over, don’t just serve it. Last the women’s toilet was really nasty.

Me and a buddy went in to get food stood there for over 10 minutes before we was even acknowledged that we where standing there then we where told that they where closed and the guy just walked off (They closed at 9 pm its was 8:55pm) highly don’t recommend this place at all if you want a good Hardee’s go to Kingston if I could leave zero stars I would!

I haven't stopped by this location in over a year due to bad service and food. Decided to give them another try today and the complete turnaround in employee attitude, speed, and food quality was unbelievable. Good job Harriman Hardee's!

Never again. Went early this morning to get breakfast they took my order. Had 2 cars in front of me. Set there bout 10 min. The first car started honk in his horn but got no response so he drove off probably going to work. Next car set there for the longest again no one came to the window they to drive off. I got up to the window and waited no one ever come to the window i knocked on the window and the women finally come to the window and said” we’re not having not of that and motioned for me to leave. I was floored i said a few chose words and I took my business and money somewhere else. Rudest lady. Not an explanation or I’m sorry nothing. Crazy people of the mornings. Never again will I go back to Harriman Hardee’s

It’s right around 12:30. Lunchtime! I ordered a number one meal and a children’s cheeseburger. Both burgers were cold and the fries might’ve been re- dipped in the grease from last night’s French fries. $14.00 dmn DOLLARS! It is no wonder people drive to other towns for a simple cheeseburger meal at a fast food restaurant. I might add they wanted me to pull up while they finished my order and served the person behind me. There were only two of us in line. This place is terrible.

I got the snack wrap original bag, the food was fresh and delicious.Travis took our order and cashed us out at the drive thru. He was very friendly and professional. Definitely made us feel welcomed. Thank you Travis for being awesome. We hope you have a wonderful day, and get recognized by management for the work you do. Hopefully they give you a raise and recognition for the wonderful customer service you provide.
