We just ate here while traveling home from Gatlinburg. We are pulling our camper and needed a place with ample parking. I was famished and everything we ate was delicious. Will definitely eat here again whenever we travel this way!! My teenage boys, who had never eaten sushi, went crazy over the Seafood roll. We had to order 2 they liked it so muchh! Prices were great and service excellent . Love the owner, such a sweetheart!! My only complaint is this place is not closer to where I live so I could eat here more often!!

Spent about $30 for two steak and shrimp dinners. Shrimp was highly overcooked. I don’t know how you overcook shrimp. It’s literally the easiest thing to cook. The steak was supposed to be medium-rare and ended up being way over cooked as well. Called to let the workers know and they put us through to the manager. The only thing the manager said was “What do you want me to do about it?” Rude, crappy food, and terrible customer service. Definitely not worth the price.

New management, worst food I’ve had at a new opening ever. Everything was either almost raw and cold or over cooked and tough. Soup was dark almost black and tasted like it was from the garden hose with rusted pipes.

Just got a to go order. Egg rolls was the size of my thumb(pitiful). The fried wontons were old. The shrimp fried rice was barely eatable. $16 for a very unappetizing meal. Will NOT be coming back !

A Great Buffet at a great price! The staff is very friendly. The buffet includes soup and salad with a delicious ginger dressing. A great selection, including sushi! Delicious!

This place is amazing. I am always craving it. The yum yum sauce, ginger sauce, and hot sauce go perfect with my hibachi chicken and shrimp entree. The vegetables are cooked to perfection and I am not a big veggie eater.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. They had little choices. And I thought Japanese food and Chinese food were different. The noodles and rice had no flavor. They're bang bang chicken was sweet and did not set well with my stomach. There sushi smelled horrid and so didn't their "crab" therefore I will never go back to lchiban.
