HORRIBLE!! I love getting the famous bowls, but everytime, literally EVERYTIME I come through I’m waiting for at least 15-20mins, some times they even forget you’re waiting and you have to remind them but this time I was waiting for “fresh” chicken. Literally have me half fresh and the rest of the nuggets are hard as a rock! This is ridiculous. Never coming back again.

I am not sure what the issue is with facility manager in the area. This is a simple inexpensive fix. Its really a shame. The store was updated. This is not only ugly, its a potential for health issues. Its mold and mildew on the ceiling. I will gladly remove this review if confirmed that this issue is resolved. 1'×1' celing tiles and cleaning. No more than 200-300 repair. Service was good, food was good. I just dont understand this oversite.

Went through the drive-through yesterday around 5 PM and had a very frustrating experience. The woman taking my order was extremely rude — she actually yelled at me and said, “That’s not my problem.” I had ordered a two-piece original, and I ended up waiting in the line for 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable service. Won’t be coming back.

So sparkly clean the young lady that took my order is AMAZING! I asked if they had any fried pickles left that I could order. To my complete surprise the young lady said em' let me check i think we have one case left ! WOW ty KELSIE 😊 any of place , it would have been a no without even checking ! The food hot delicious 😋

This location has a hard time I think. The food was 2 3 pc tender boxes and it was $18.99 I believe. Waited for 15 minutes after pulling ahead. The tenders were very tough. Strange though because they were freshly cooked. Anyway everyone was kind and it was clean.

We ordered quit a bit of food. We are on a long road trip and this lady repeated our order multiple times and still messed it up. I was craving those 3 crispy drum sticks and I got some damn chicken breast and one drumstick. Disappointed doesn’t even describe my thoughts.
We had a bucket of chicken and biscuits. They good and fresh. The kids loved the chicken and wanted more.

Stopped by KFC around 6pm and saw one of the workers in a gray shirt on her phone the entire time while others were doing all the work And when she finally got off her phone!! She asked me are u ready to order yes l've Been waiting 15 minutes. Not to mention I've been to this location multiple times and seen her on her phone near the food. And One of the workers said she's New on the front doesn't matter why are you on your phone? You're working Do better

As is with all fast food restaurants now days, Drive through is priority over people who walk inside to sit down and eat. You wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged then wait 10-15 minutes on your food.
