So sparkly clean the young lady that took my order is AMAZING! I asked if they had any fried pickles left that I could order. To my complete surprise the young lady said em' let me check i think we have one case left ! WOW ty KELSIE 😊 any of place , it would have been a no without even checking ! The food hot delicious 😋

This location has a hard time I think. The food was 2 3 pc tender boxes and it was $18.99 I believe. Waited for 15 minutes after pulling ahead. The tenders were very tough. Strange though because they were freshly cooked. Anyway everyone was kind and it was clean.

We ordered quit a bit of food. We are on a long road trip and this lady repeated our order multiple times and still messed it up. I was craving those 3 crispy drum sticks and I got some damn chicken breast and one drumstick. Disappointed doesn’t even describe my thoughts.

Stopped by KFC around 6pm and saw one of the workers in a gray shirt on her phone the entire time while others were doing all the work And when she finally got off her phone!! She asked me are u ready to order yes l've Been waiting 15 minutes. Not to mention I've been to this location multiple times and seen her on her phone near the food. And One of the workers said she's New on the front doesn't matter why are you on your phone? You're working Do better

As is with all fast food restaurants now days, Drive through is priority over people who walk inside to sit down and eat. You wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged then wait 10-15 minutes on your food.

Stood at the register for 20 minutes nobody would take my order went to go through the drive through and they told the car in front of me that chicken wouldn't be ready again for over 30 minutes so I ended up leaving without ever getting any service or food
Lady took my order was extremely rude then stared at me and my family through the window as she tossed our food around while making it. 5:13pm May 10 2025 I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We love KFC chicken, however this location consistently undercooks their chicken - it's often slimy, and they also undercook their biscuits. Biscuits are doughy on the inside and barely brown on the outside. Bojangles has amazing biscuits which are dark brown on the outside, fully cooked and fluffy on the inside. We tend to go there instead of this KFC now. The only reason I'm giving this location two stars is because their pot pies are still delicious.

Just got a pick up order from here and it was non ediable. I didn't receive the 4 biscuits on the order or the sauce. The corn in the famous bowl was so over cooked and we thought nothing could be worse than the chicken. 10/10 do not recommend 😒

When my girlfriend went to KFC tonight, she ordered her food & the food was fresh & delicious. The manager & staff were great. The only problem is that they don't have enough staff so the wait time was over 15 minutes. She would've wrote this herself, but she is currently running late to work because of all the time she spent in line at your establishment. Chris Fowler needs to hire more staff. She says any time the manager Chris is there, the food is always great.
