The guy did not give me the correct change two different times he shorted me by over $10 the first time and still wouldn’t give me the correct amount. If you’re going to have someone run a cash register, they should be able to do simple math

We walked in, made obvious noise to signal customers were there. We saw some chick near the drive through window with her vape and phone but just couldn’t seem to get her attention. This is just what we’ve come to expect from fast food now. Just as well, I’m sure we would’ve been very disappointed.

Okay, so my wife brings home a $30 bag of 6 Chics and 6 little burgers. The Chics weren't bad and were cooked at the order, but the Krystal burgers were absolutely horrid! The bread was hard as a rock on the outside, nasty soggie and the exact same color as the pattie on the other inside piece of the bun. The pattie was was rock hard on the edges bc of the warmer it had been placed under for God knows how long. There is no doubt those burgers had been under a warmer for no less than an hour, run through a steamer, set out for a while, and ran through a steamer again. How the heck someone could serve someone that is beyond me. Lucky me, I am the one it gets served to!! I showed it to the 5 people around me and everyone said they wouldn't eat it either. I tried to eat it bc I paid for it, but after 2 bites, I trashed the 6 burgers! Good luck trying to call the place to complain bc I get a prerecorded answering machine. I live 30 minutes away, so im not going back there just so someone can give me free, fresh food that I should've got the first time and/or just not even care. This is the 3rd time I've ate there in 3 years and I have had my order messed up badly by this place ALL 3 TIMES! I'm not made of money that I can just throw around only to trash my food or get food poisoning.

Since they’re keeping their phone turned off, I guess I’ll just post here. My husband came there last night and ordered a 4 crystal combo with cheese, a medium fry, and junkyard fries with no ranch. They decided to give us 4 crystals without cheese, no medium French fries, and chili cheese fries. I get we were probably the last order of the night, but how do you mess up that badly?? The crap is already expensive enough just for yall to give people whatever you feel like giving them. And then keep the phone unplugged so no one can call and get a refund? That’s fine. 😊

The only thing I have nice to say about this Krystal's is the sweet lady that worked that morning at the counter. She was such a sweetheart. The rest well, they need help. Waited 45 mins for 10 Krystal's. One person in the back making food and when the lady in the front offered to help the person in the back hollered at her to go away. Like why? She was trying to help you.

Waited for our food about 30 mins got it to go and got down road my sunrisers eggs where cold and bottom buns soaked . Went back talked to manager and she was rude and refused to give me store number or district manager contact info. Never ever will I eat there again.

At the drive-thru, I asked for a meal with 6 cheese krystals with a fruit punch slush to drink. After paying, I was informed that their slush machine wasn't working. So I asked if they had lemonaide or some other juice or punch and was told simple "NO". So, I ended up settling for a coke. The employee was not even close to friendly and acted like she was upset that I had chose to order and/or eat at their establishment. When they handed me my order, there was only 2 krystals in the bag with the fries. I pulled to the front and went in to get the order corrected and instead of trying to fix their mistake and make it right, they got an attitude. Additionally, I seen a sign for minute made lemonaide, which the employee said they didn't serve! Inside, I told them I don't care to pay for the other 4 krystals, even though they had got my order wrong. After getting a couple employees to come up to the front and handle it, they finally decided to make me the other 4 krystals. I'm guessing that since I had complained that my order was wrong, they took their time getting them to me (approximately 15-20 minutes). By the time I got the other Krystals and was able to eat, my french fries were ice cold and my drink was all but melted ice by that time. So, after approximately 25-30 minutes total and approximately $15 later, I had gotten a watered-down drink, cold fries, 2 cold krystals, and 4 warm krystals. I was lied to and had to deal with the employees attitude. This is the worst example of a restraunt I have ever seen. The employee's acted like they hated to be at work and hated me for stopping by to eat! Well, no worries! I will never stop there to eat again!!

Staff was rude and very unorganized! Several people got the wrong order and ours was incorrect as well…. One gentleman waited so long for his order he ask for a refund and walked out. Staff didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or say thank you to one customer as we stood there for 30 minutes waiting on our food! Fry’s were good…. Outside of that it was pitiful.
