Typical Mexican restaurant but with a little more subdued interior and compartmentalized seating areas. Makes a more intimate space. Nice porch outside.
The food was fine. Good, no complaints, above average. The variety of special dishes was nice and mine was enjoyable. I think they used the Oaxaca cheese on the nachos. I'm happy to see that.
Our service was fine, quick, and no nonsense.
Another server stopped by and told me about the salsa station. That was the highlight of my visit. It took the restaurant from average to awesome. Seriously, every Mexican restaurant needs one after I used this to spruce up my food. Fresh cilantro is available there, too.
Didn't order any alcohol but the drinks looked like the highlight for most of the customers and were very prevalent.

Good food and drinks. Good bar and patio area. I try to eat/drink there weekly. Service is highly dependent on who is covering your area.
If your passing thru it's worth the stop the food is great and staff is awesome
a Part of going out for Mexican food is the Atmosphere, many of the establishments in the area are bland and feel more like a Diner. Not only is the food here excellent, the atmosphere is what you would expect from an Authentic Mexican Restaurant. The staff are outstanging and friendly. Our go to for Mexican food.

What's to say, it's our home town Mexican restaurant. It's been here since before I was even in middle school. It's great and it's nostalgic

Awesome food and service!
The food was delicious service wasn't bad but we had to wait on our forks and they forgot to bring the tortillas and we asked for a refill on our drink and never got one
Randomly chose to stop here as we were looking for something to eat on the way home. This was an unexpected surprise for how good the food was. My order was pretty simple as we just got the beef tip quesadillas I was very impressed they used more of a pot roast or shredded beef style of meat. They were very good. They do serve chips and salsa and it is some of the better restaurant salsa that I've had in awhile. Service was good too as our waiter was very friendly along with the hostess. If you're ever in the area and Mexican food sounds good I would recommend making a stop.
