Order food on the mobile app because it said this McDonald’s was open even checked online before I ordered but when I got there all the lights were off and no one was there. If you’re gonna close the store early for any reason maybe updates systems so people don’t pay for something they can’t get and drive all the way. Finally figured out how to get my refund an hour later but now I have to wait up to a week to get it. All could have been avoided if the app said it was closed

Go somewhere else. This place has turned into a joke of a restaurant. I am a local and have went to this restaurant for years. They cannot get a simple order correct, nasty food. I have went back multiple times thinking it will improve but no. You’re better off keeping your money and going somewhere else. Beware. Management or the workers could care less…Needs new management or just shut it down.

I’m growing more and more disappointed with this location. Idk who’s making the iced coffees or frappes, but the past week they’ve been terrible and I get one everyday. No utensils being put with mobile orders, and all around the food has just been thrown together lazily. Also two days ago I got a 10 piece and the nuggets tasted like MOTOR OIL. I KNOW I’m not the only one who thought so. I tried to call the store and no answer, and was given the number in Clinton.
Convenient location and decently clean but CANNOT fix my caramel mocchiato correctly on the first, sometimes even second try. They eventually get it right but may take up to 3 attempts.

Very good experience at this McDonald’s today. Food and drive thru service good. Employee saw my dog and offered a pup cup, when she realized I had 3 dogs in car she said she’d get 3 pup cups. Little things like this make all the difference. We left happy. Plain double cheeseburger, 4 McNuggets, McCrispy, small fries, Coke, all good.

Didn't get any food, cashier refused to take my order. She told me to use self order station, they only take cards and I was paying cash.

I only go to this one if it's really late (or early depending on how you look at it) and when Kingston is closed, but I can say that for running a skeleton crew (an assumption) they are always friendly and seem happy to be there and surprisingly quick for as busy as I've seen them get, even at 1am with minimal workers!
