Placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived to get the food, the restaurant was locked. No one would answer the phone at the store and the call center people who answered didn’t cancel the order. So, I’ve spent over $15 on food I won’t receive and can’t get refunded for. Abysmal service.

So my family went Sunday after church and we were the only people in the store. We waited 20 mins before they even knew we were in the store. Waiting on drinks and we finally ordered. When our wings came out they hardly had sauce on it. We had to wait on pizza and when it came out we order it with light sauce and it had to be double sauce. Spoke with the manger at the time and he said that they were cooking 20+ pizzas at the time. No excuse. It was a really bad experience and we’re here couple times a week. They are always understaffed. It’s has truly gone downhill in the last year or so. This was Sunday August 3 and Harriman location.

Pizza delivered. Crust uncooked and soggy!!! Location very close - it was just not cooked long enough. Forgot extra ranch for the chicken wings that we paid for. No plates or napkins sent with order. Aweful.
I ordered an 14 slice pizza and I only got a 8 and it’s every time this has happen and am tired of it

Ordered online and money was taken out of account. A few moments later, money was put back on account. Tried to call location and call went straight to Voicemail. Not a good look to turn the phones off for business hours

10/10! Always a Great experience all around for my family & I ! Very clean building, Amazing food & fast service. The employees are helpful & kind. The manager, Barb is such an asset to Pizza Hut. From the moment you walk in, she makes sure that your experience is top notch. She’s very attentive, accommodating & always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right! She definitely deserves the recognition for always providing a 5 star experience! Highly recommend this Pizza Hut! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So hit or miss, I often doordash PH because it's quick and I work insane hours but genuinely you never know what you're gonna get, I just had a doordash order of chicken Alfredo and boneless Wings in medium. The pasta serving was absolutely laughable, a small child would've still been starving after eating it and there was no sauce to be found in the dish, just dry and flavorless. 0 effort. The wings I ordered were clearly the hottest sauce they offered, I could only eat 2 before having to throw them away. Just terrible, I assume it's staffing issues and poor attitudes but greatly disappointed and I will never be back.
