The new guy there that says this is his store and he does things his way needs a lesson in customer service. My co worker and I had lunch there and he is not someone that should be working with the public. After already paying 40.00 for a $20 meal he the says we had to pay extra for ranch and said this location does not do to go drinks but if I give him a 5 star review he would give a free 20oz.. I would not give a whole star if there was a half star review..... be careful what you order. The upcharges are insane
Placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived to get the food, the restaurant was locked. No one would answer the phone at the store and the call center people who answered didn’t cancel the order. So, I’ve spent over $15 on food I won’t receive and can’t get refunded for. Abysmal service.

So my family went Sunday after church and we were the only people in the store. We waited 20 mins before they even knew we were in the store. Waiting on drinks and we finally ordered. When our wings came out they hardly had sauce on it. We had to wait on pizza and when it came out we order it with light sauce and it had to be double sauce. Spoke with the manger at the time and he said that they were cooking 20+ pizzas at the time. No excuse. It was a really bad experience and we’re here couple times a week. They are always understaffed. It’s has truly gone downhill in the last year or so. This was Sunday August 3 and Harriman location.
