10/10! Always a Great experience all around for my family & I ! Very clean building, Amazing food & fast service. The employees are helpful & kind. The manager, Barb is such an asset to Pizza Hut. From the moment you walk in, she makes sure that your experience is top notch. She’s very attentive, accommodating & always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right! So hit or miss, I often doordash PH because it's quick and I work insane hours but genuinely you never know what you're gonna get, I just had a doordash order of chicken Alfredo and boneless Wings in medium. The pasta serving was absolutely laughable, a small child would've still been starving after eating it and there was no sauce to be found in the dish, just dry and flavorless. 0 effort. The wings I ordered were clearly the hottest sauce they offered, I could only eat 2 before having to throw them away. Just terrible, I assume it's staffing issues and poor attitudes but greatly disappointed and I will never be back.

Im very upset. I just left there with my husband and my 2 children ages 3 and 4. I ordered 2 sweet teas for my kids and they immediately spit it out. Me and husband took a sip and it was CHEMICALS we later found out a previous table had the same issue and they did NOT dump it out and still served it

Update: Pizza Hut contacted me and apologized and asked to correct the mistake and earn my business back. This time when I picked up the order it was well made and still hot. I was very pleased with the experience this time and I thank Pizza Hut for making the situation right.
I went and ordered 3 pizzas, 3 melts, cinnamon rolls, cheese bread and parm and pepper shakers for a movie night with my family. The food was gross. There was NO sauce on the pizzas at all and they were overbaked and tough. The melts were so over cooked and hard that they were inedible. Non of them came with their dipping sauces. The cinnamon rolls were barely iced and the cheese bread was nothing but grease. I had to ask for the shakers because they forgot them. When I got there to pick up my order there were only 3 people in the building and 6 workers. I places my order a day ahead of time online so as not to rush them with a big order and guess that didn't really matter. The lady who assisted me was not very nice and when I asked for a bag so I could more easily carry my order to the car, she acted like I slapped her and asked for a million dollars.
We will not be going back to that pizza hut. I would be ashamed to know I was turning out food and service with quality that poor. Luckily we had chips and some other snacks to eat, but our dinner was ruined. Worst $90 dollars I ever spent.

Worst pizza from Pizza Hut I have ever had .The pizza was so dry and hard you could not eat it.I ordered light sauce and their wasn't any .Usually I like your food ,but this changed my mind.
Dad asked for a to go cup. Was told they didn't have them anymore that pizza hut had taken them away.... My parents cancelled the drink orders and decided to go get a drink at Wendy's and kept their pizza orders. My mother overheard a male employee tell their waitress to just hurry up and get them out of there. What does it matter if they chose to cancel their drink orders? My parents had my 2 kids with themand my kids really enjoy pizza hut.... But im very disappointed in that kind of service and I hope if the manager does see this they'll take the time to act on it.

It is the nostalgia of the place for me I remember as a kid reading the 100 books a week to get the personal pan pizza. Can't nobody beat their pizza.
Kid-friendliness: To me it has always been family oriented. Not to mention like I said they would reward kids for reading books. I love to read you can go anywhere and be anything you want. But for kids that didn't know you could travel just by reading or simply didn't like to read might have only read because of those free personal pan pizzas
