My steak came out bloody and not how I asked for it.. The waitress came to the table took my food and instead of bring me a fresh steak the way I asked she took my steak and put it back on the grill. It was dry and nasty so this man came to me, offered to cook my food himself. It was seasoned just right and cooked as I asked with no blood all over my plate. My corn was fresh instead of hard pasty old corn. I will say I didn't get to eat with my friends which wasn't cool cause that's why I went to eat. My meal was taken care of and even better than the 1st time. I might return I might not

Harriman, TN. Came in to a waitress who acted like we did something to her. Me (64f), my mother (82f) & great granddaughter (11f). Asked for childs menu. Brought it, basically tossed it & said 12 & below. Walked off already huffy. Mom's chicken patty on her sandwich was dark brown & hard, totally unedible. My grilled chicken had a hair hanging out of it, so no eating that! She waved us off when we got her attention. Finally manager came. Said that's the way the chicken always was cooked. We were offered a refire or dessert. No thank u, just take it away. We r there at least 1 time a month having this exact meal - this is our first horrible experience. Eleven year old finished her lunch. We paid for hers & left. She asked what we did wrong. Very, very disappointed.

They have the best salad bar and double mushroom swiss burgers. I get this deal on the app about every Monday. JJ does a great job of keeping salad bar supplied! The plump dried cranberries, croutons and ham make this salad stand out from the rest! Also, don't forget to try the bacon asiago chicken and bourbon chicken.
