Kelley done a great job as waitress. However, I do have some constructive criticism. At least three employees sitting at the bar, or appeared to be employees, and the dining area and restrooms were just dirty. Also, the ceiling HVAC vents need to be cleaned. So when I see a facility that needs to be cleaned, including the windows, gotta wonder what the kitchen looks like. I was there 2:30 PM TO 3:00PM 1/20/26. I love this local RT. It is one of the more upscale restaurants for this area and have enjoyed several meals there recently. I would definitely recommend and I have gotten a 10 out of 10 on service and food. I will definitely be returning.

This was my first time eating at Ruby Tuesday’s, and it was an awesome experience. From the very fresh salad bar to the extremely kind and helpful waitress, Tracy, I was very impressed! We will definitely be back.
