Honestly kinda sick of this place. It never fails that I wait at least 20 minutes before I get my food. Or exceed a drink for that matter. I've been waiting to write the review hoping they'd get better but I go there weekly and it's the same thing. Today I ordered a sandwich and two dr peppers with lime. After waiting 25 minutes i get my food but guess what. Upon further review I have no lime nor straws. It's time they hire people. They have maybe 3 people working but said they also aren't hiring. It's a pretty crappy place

Never have any employees working. Poorly mismanaged. Poor food quality. I have no idea how this place isn’t shut down. Writing this review after waiting for my food for 48 min and still haven’t received my order. Ridiculous

This place never fails to disappoint. I only went here because it’s close by and fast compared to other places, but time after time I’m greeted with terrible food and consistently messed up orders. If you want sonic enough do yourself a favor and take the extra time to drive to the one near Walmart. I don’t understand how people keep supporting this place I can’t be the only one.
You can tell they don't have enough workers bc multiple people complained about their wait time. If you want your food faster then go fill out an application. There was also an incident with the "usual suspect" getting out of his car and threatening the manager and acting like he's gonna hurt somebody bc he was waiting for his food.
