Last time I was here, I pushed the button and waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to respond. I literally was backing up as someone started talking. That was just for a mobile order. Today I ordered a drink and that’s all. It’s been 20 minutes and still have not received it..

Worst Sonic I've ever been to. I have been there three times. The first one they took my order for a 44 Oz iced tea but after 20 minutes still hasn't delivered it. The second time was okay. The last time I pulled in, pushed the red button and sat and waited to give my order put the screen timed out before anybody waited on me. I will never visit that store again.

I always get a Dr Pepper with cherry flavor and extra cherry fruit but only get one cherry or no cherries at all this has occurred multiple times

Great food, even greater service! Sometimes a little slow, but that's bc they're busy usually. I just wish they didn't take updo many spots for mobile orders. Oh well.

It's like in some other sonics. After 5 minutes they'll take your order. If you oder online the food comes out cold. The girl bring the food it's raining like crazy just feel sorry for her looks like the full management are not doing any good
We decided to stop here Friday evening July 18th, we usually go to Rockwood sonic were we live, but we were on a road trip and this was on our way, we ordered milkshakes when it arrived they were all 6 melted but It was not a huge deal to me so we drove off and as soon as we took a drink it tasted soured as if it was no good so I had to throw them out we didn’t get to drink them. Upon looking at reviews I seen we aren’t the only one that’s had issues with their milkshakes.
