It's like in some other sonics. After 5 minutes they'll take your order. If you oder online the food comes out cold. The girl bring the food it's raining like crazy just feel sorry for her looks like the full management are not doing any good

We decided to stop here Friday evening July 18th, we usually go to Rockwood sonic were we live, but we were on a road trip and this was on our way, we ordered milkshakes when it arrived they were all 6 melted but It was not a huge deal to me so we drove off and as soon as we took a drink it tasted soured as if it was no good so I had to throw them out we didn’t get to drink them. Upon looking at reviews I seen we aren’t the only one that’s had issues with their milkshakes.

Specifically asked for a MINI master shake, did not get a mini, it didn’t even come how it was suppose to be and it was already melted. Normally I get what I ask for coming here but whoever made our stuff obviously did not pay any attention or care whatsoever.

Honestly kinda sick of this place. It never fails that I wait at least 20 minutes before I get my food. Or exceed a drink for that matter. I've been waiting to write the review hoping they'd get better but I go there weekly and it's the same thing. Today I ordered a sandwich and two dr peppers with lime. After waiting 25 minutes i get my food but guess what. Upon further review I have no lime nor straws. It's time they hire people. They have maybe 3 people working but said they also aren't hiring. It's a pretty crappy place
They were quick and everything was fresh. Best visit to this location so far.

Never have any employees working. Poorly mismanaged. Poor food quality. I have no idea how this place isn’t shut down. Writing this review after waiting for my food for 48 min and still haven’t received my order. Ridiculous
