Asked for a hazelnut coffee and got straight black coffee. All you have to do is your job. Doesn’t take much to put pumps into the cup.

I’m not one to complain at all about anything but I specifically asked for the smallest size and got the biggest one they had, I know some people may be happy with that but I am pregnant and not allowed as much caffeine so it really upset me. We had to pay even more for something I didn’t want. Normally I get what I ask for when I come but I’m guessing this girl just paid no absolute attention to what I said.

One employee was barely there and the other looked like she was on something…racing back and forth mumbling and twitching. It took forever to get my drink, and when I got it it was undrinkable. I tried to explain it to the employee but got nowhere. I just gave up and threw it away. The hotels in this area suck too. If you’re traveling, skip this town. Buyer beware.

Recently moved to Harriman and I was wanting Starbucks and I was so excited when I saw this one at Kroger. My husband’s and my drink were perfect and so tasty, will definitely be back!
Expensive but good and it need a value menu for broke people. I always have something Starbucks in my fridge lol

Worst experience at any Starbucks. First, off I requested the chosen coffee beans to be ground at the finest possible and the girl questioned me. I already worked this through with past Starbucks employees and knew this was right for my coffee maker and outcome preferences. She proceeded to ask in a rude tone of voice what coffee maker we had, but I explained that it already was worked out. And she continued to try to ask. THEN when getting it ground the bad was a big mess, they didn't even bother wiping hte grounds off and was taped back closed halfhazardly. Then the coffees we ordered, they didn't even try to work with my son on what he wanted, and his was awful...Mine was "okay" at most.Sorry, but will NEVER go to this one again. I had simply because it was by where I was going. Past 3 I've worked with were amazing and kind....
